Exceptional service women with beautiful smile and big hair was so genuine and kind. Her name was Ria something just great spirited person and great attitude. Caleb brought out the food. I had an injury and ordered pick up and they were so kind to bring it out for me! Make sure you get the free 8 piece chicken bucket on the app! Food was delicious and hot!

Zero stars. The door was locked way past opening. I had to walk around to the drive thru side to get in. Then had to wait 5mins before anybody came to the counter. Then the manager wouldn’t even come out of the office to talk to me. They obviously need help. Horrible guest service

Originally my 5 star review was for the hot n juicy chicken sandwich but I had to edit and include their Tuesday $10 bucket!!! So so good!! I wasn’t messing with kfc for a while because of their high prices and poor service but they’ve REALLY improved at this store!!
Service was FAST and polite. New management? That sandwich alone, could save their tarnessed over price image, especially since the sandwich is only $3.99 and now the $10 Tuesday bucket!! I’m here for it!!

Today wasn’t a good day to visit this location.
No one greeted us for about 3 minutes and even then it wasn’t a greeting.
They were out of wings, crispy chicken, and only had dark meat original recipe. Soon after they were out of Mac n chz, green beans and fries. (I heard someone yell that.)
The restaurant was clean. The bathrooms were locked.
There was loud talking coming from the back… some one pointed out that she’d lost thousands of dollars that day (so watch your mouth) she was speaking to someone I couldn’t see or hear.
We dined in and discovered that the dining room drink dispenser didn’t work.
The food we got was good though. Temperature was good. I’ve never enjoyed the biscuits so I can’t speak about them. My dinner date ate his so it must have been good.
The drinks were not very refreshing.
The instore music started out good, then… well.
No one thanked us as we left.

Food was edible (cold mac n cheese) but totally not correct. Ordered an 8 piece which I’ve always known to have 2 of everything – 2 breasts, 2 wings, 2 thighs, 2 legs. For reasons unknown I received 1 breast, 3 thighs, and 4 legs. I didn’t order it this way nor did anyone say anything about it. The breast is the largest piece so they should’ve added extra to compensate or at least said something. Staff was too busy dancing around to loud music and laughing to focus I guess. No interest in returning.

This is the worst KFC in Stockbridge. I just went through the drive-through it’s raining. I’m trying to place my order at the window. The young lady is talking to her coworkers while the rain is getting into my car and when I’ve got to the window, she took my car and slammed the window closed so when she gave me back my food, I’m looking for my card that I gave her. She stated that your card is in your bag because your windshield wipers is throwing water in my face. How rude I would never ever go back to this KFC in Stockbridge on 138 across the street from the post office.

Okay, y’all I don’t eat KFC often at all, however the first time I came here it was for the mobile coupon special. $2.99 for a 2 piece meal. They sent another coupon B/O G/O free Chicken Sandwich. Okay, I pull up only 2 cars in the line but it was taking g forever just to place the order. I pull up to the window and I pay, the cashier then tells me to pull into a parking spot as you can see in the photos no one hardly here and I’m writing this review STILL WAITING FOR 2 CHICKEN SANDWICHES Ridiculous. The last time I came it was similar and they no longer sell Mt. Dew, but this nasty , watery Stary drink Only come if you want to wait loooooong time. The customer before me just got out of her car to go inside she’s tired of waiting

I’ve been to this KFC 3 times. Everytime I’ve came they had no chicken, no pot pies, no apple pies, no nothing. You order your food then have to wait at the minimum 30 mins for your food. They have a line wrapped around the building for drive thru but the entire parking lot is full of cars pulled up waiting on their meals. It’s ridiculous. I asked the supervisor why don’t they ever have food and she told me they ran out of chicken. How does a chicken fast food restaurant run out of chicken? This store lacks leadership and needs to change management to someone who cares and value customer service. This isn’t a dine in restaurant, it’s fast food, so there’s no reason people should have to wait 30-45 mins on their meals at every visit. I can understand if it happened a couple of times for food quality, but every time you come here to not have food available is ridiculous. Their missing out on sales and eventually will be a ghost town due to lack of productivity and customer service.
