We came here for dinner on November 5th.
The food was pretty good and the lady at the counter was very friendly.
The only thing we didn’t like was that it was very cold inside. It felt like the temperature was in the 50’s.

The burgers were great. No complaints. Fast service. Alex was kind and helpful when taking our order. It was really cold inside so we sat outside. I’m not sure what’s up with the music choices. I have “Nasty Boys” by Janet Jackson stuck in my head. Idk who would want to hear the word “nasty” repeated 600 times when eating food so maybe reconsider that song in the mix.

Worst Lotaburger ( Bernalillo,NM location)!! Asked for easy hashbrowns and was charged 99 cent extra! What a joke ask for less food and get charged more. Lady was able to refund after I brought it to her attention, but had an attitude while doing it as if I was doing something wrong. Food is always wrong! A woman was waiting for 30 minutes on a order they messed up. Everytime you turn around they are messing the orders up. Do not go to this location, and make sure to check your receipts for them extra charges. If you dont want mustard they might charge you extra so watch out

The food is awful due to the employees and manager not caring. The wait to receive your food is always ridiculous. They don’t care about the customers and I can bet you the back area where they make and store food is worse.

We’re never disappointed with the food and service at Blake’s. I had chicken pieces while my husband ate a green chili cheeseburger. Both were tasty. The takeout window was a success and we were in and out in no time. The gentleman who helped us was friendly and efficient. Great visit!

Needed a quick meal & was next door at Big R . Derrick was quick to take my meal order. He explained the difference in fries I could choose. The seasoned ones were good. I had the chicken boat. The chicken was hot, tasty, & tender.
Building was clean, very plain, not good for a large group of people, but wasn’t crowded.
FYI: Best place to park a RV is at the Big R right next door. Warrior Way fuel center is on the opposite side. Easy for any size RV & normally the best price in town.

We have been there 3 times so far and every time we had hot food that was good. Their breakfast burritos are big and so good. The burger my husband had was very tasty. I love that they serve breakfast all day! We have had a pleasant visits every time. Man the green chili is hot.

Ordered online 45 min BEFORE I arrived and it was NOT ready! Unbelievable. Then, we are told to wait. We asked for a refund so we could continue on our trip. We’re told NO. Asked for the manager. Still told NO. STILL had to wait. We got the order and it was wrong. We spoke to a person (overseas?) and they still couldn’t get the order right! If you’re in a hurry, sadly, I recommend a FAST FOOD place!
