For too long now, I’ve been giving fast food locations, this Taco Bell in particular, leniency. I always use the excuse, “I’m sure they’re just short staffed” as I’ve sat the drive thru multiple times for 30+ minutes waiting to even order and get my food. Today was my final straw. Waiting in line for a long period of time, I can try to justify. But delivering food that looks like this, that’s just PURE laziness and sloppiness. It has nothing to do with being short staffed. Also, I specifically asked if they still had the milk collaboration birthday cake churros, to which I was told yes. Only after I paid, was I told they don’t have all the ingredients for it, and they would have to use cinnamon instead of the birthday cake flavor. Thankfully, it was for my kids and they didn’t care either way.

I have never received my order without something missing! Missed 3 out of 9 items and all my sauce on my order today. Definitely check your bag before pulling out of the drive through

i came through at midnight and ordered nachos with meat and cheese only. how do u mess up meat and cheese? they added a ton of sour cream and spread it across my nachos and ruined them and i didn’t even eat them because i cant stand sour cream. im honestly convinced they did this because i came through late and they wanted to do something petty.

UPDATE***3 YRS later, after the 2yr update.
Since you can order online you atleast get all your food, I’ve tested this theory a few times now. The way the food is made is hit and miss. Sometimes it must be made by someone with knowledge of what goes on your Tacos, Gorditas, Burrito supreme, etc… and sometimes it’s must be made by a blind guy that just started working there 10 minutes earlier. For example…a burrito supreme is always LOADED with more refried beans than anything else, your one squirt of sour cream and spoon full of burrito meat is always at one end or the other. With a sprinkle of cheese…I never find any tomatoes, onions or red sauce. My Nacho cheese Taco had a tiny line of meat and a few shreds of cheese and lettuce. So ridiculous I took a picture just to show I didn’t exaggerate. Well one thing they got right was they still consistently suck.
UPDATE***2 YRS later and still the worst Taco Bell ever. At least their consistent.
Worse Taco Bell ever. They NEVER get the order right, most of your food is cold. Taco shells are almost always cracked in half. I live in Warrenton and love Taco Bell, but I have nothing good to say about this location in Warrenton. I’d recommend passing this one up and going to another location. The management and service is horrible. When you call to tell them your order is wrong they act like, OH WELL!! Worse customer service I’ve ever experienced. BTW this isn’t a one time experience, it’s happened multiple times. So now we just eat at the Mexican restaurant, get better service, better food for about the same price as Taco Bell.

Half the time my order is incorrect but when I complain on the app, Taco Bell always makes it right and then some… Overall the people there are okay, it’s primarily attention to detail that is the issue as well as inconsistency with the food. Sometimes my potato tacos are great, sometimes I question whether they even remembered to add sauce. Similar story with all other food with special requests.

Seriously, I worked in fast food for over 10 years and am very understanding when it comes to waiting or having to pay more if something wasn’t heard correctly in drive thru, etc but this is ridiculous. When you pay for fast food, you should just simply get the items you pay for. I would’ve wait an extra minute or 2 to make sure that this was right and not said a word but the fact that I had several missing items and then got 2 tacos that I didn’t even order without meat…just lettuce and cheese…lol. Its truly a shame. What has happened to the integrity of people? Hopefully they get some good help soon. 4 out of 8 items were edible/correct. Thanks Taco Bell. I guess you really do get what you pay for!

took 30 mins for my food. obviously the food was good but why did it take 30 mins. There was also only a handful of people so still don’t understand why it took so long?

We ordered through the taco bell app but it seems to never fail that we are always missing an item or two. The food usually taste fine though. Except for the fact that my “Nacho Fries” Had NO seasoning at all. It’s a little aggravating bc how do you forget to season nacho fries.

Service is hit or miss. You either have a great experience and get your items quickly or you have a lengthy wait for your food. I can say the food is always hot and fresh. But the wait time is the issue.
