For some reason, this location cannot drop any food into the fryers specifically for me. When I ask for things to be cooked to order, I usually get items that are very fresh, but definitely not cooked to order. “Cooked to order” means you make it specifically for me. I keep getting fries that, while fresh enough that I don’t feel upset about it, are still not cooked to order. I know it’s probably not a big deal to some people, but I live about 10 minutes from this McDonald’s. I’d rather not have to have a full-blown conversation explaining that I actually mean for them to be dropped fresh so they’ll still be semi-fresh when I get home.

So months ago I had a bad experience with a McDonald’s and I vowed never to go back again. But my kids eventually wore me down so I took them to get some food lol. What I wasn’t expecting was for one employee to completely change my view on the entire McDonalds corporation. He said his name was Kaden schoolcraft. He was welcoming with the warmest attitude I have ever seen from anyone in a very long time. His smile and happiest mood was very contagious and his service skills were some of the best I have ever seen. I have been to 5 star fine dining restaurants that would hunt him down to get that kind of service from an employee! So I recommend you guys treat him well before someone comes and recruits him! I will continue to come back because of how shocked I am of this young man’s professional service and kindness

Absolutely horrible the food was cold and nasty I asked for extra pickles and no onions on my McDouble but received a mcchicken with no lettuce instead of any burger. There were bugs everywhere and it took minutes for anyone to even serve me close this restaurant immediately

The service was bad this is the worst mc donalds i been to.. we went and took my grand kods there was no salt on the fries . Gave my 3 year old grandson an over sized drink got rude cause we saod we need a small one. Then gave us big Mac no lettuce we wanted them regular didnt even fix it or say they was out of lettuce. No napkins acted rude.

Came for a lunch break and took 20 minutes to get my food made (cheeseburger meal) Fries were old and overcooked. Expensive prices. There is no 2 for $2.50 deal (a mcdouble and fries) like the Doniphan McDonald’s has which is my favorite McDonald’s or even a 2 for $3.00 deals as some other McDonald’s have. This one in Kennett sucks! Greed! Update: I decided to give McDonald’s in Kennett, MO another try. I ordered the biscuit and gravy platter. The expensive one today and it was very disappointing. No need to increase the star rating. Incredibly stingy with the gravy. It was practically non-existent. I paid $5.77 with tax and all for this crap. Service was quick though. Only thing nice I can say. Waste of money. I’ll just go to Casey’s from now on to get Biscuits and Gravy I guess. Place sucks!!! The 1 star rating stands!

Sad!! This is by far the worst McD’s in the U.S.!!! Basic cheeseburger was cold and bun HARD, like plastic hard. Ordered fish w/extra tartar sauce….. Tartar sauce came in a cardboard box. ♀️PLEASE CLOSE THIS LOCATION!!!! Food should be FREE for what they serve customers.
