Went here to grab a bite. The store was filthy. Tables full of dirty dishes. People were waiting for at least 30min. The gal at the front tried her best, but had gotten yelled at by someone I’m the back to “clean up and clock out ” with a front area full of folks waiting for a table.

We were turned around at 11:30 . We even asked if we could order To go and was told they stop that at 11:00. If you close at 12 then you should take customers until 12. I am a local business owner and we stay open until 4:30 I’m not going to turn you around at 4:00 bc I’m lazy and wanna leave at exactly 12 . Straight up bad customer service

Restaurant had 3 table with customers. When drinks were brought the water tasted like cleaner.. so we ordered Dr pepper. After a drink .30 second or so. The person I with at the same time said. My lips and tongue are tingling and getting numb. We left. The hostess said I’ll get my manager. I’m sorry our server is having a reaction to something. We said we don’t need the manager to leave

1-27-2000 breakfast time. The restaurant appeared to be clean. The waitress that I had was nice and helpful. The food was ok. Not the best that I’ve had from I hop. I would return to this restaurant in the future if I was hungry and passing through.

Not a friendly place to dine at night. Wait staff is slow. Dont come check on tables. Walks right past u and not even ask if u need any thing. For the price u pay the food is short like they scared to give u any. Other ihops i have dined at u wouldnt be able to finish the plate.

We were traveling from TX to FL, stopped for food but everything was closed & IHOP was closing in 20 minutes. I walked in & they said the grill had already been shut down.
The manager, Rhonda, came up & said she knew what it was like & said she would fire the grill back up just for us. The waiter & cook were so nice even though they had to stay a little late just for us.
That’s good customer service & we are so grateful for it!
