Food is great.
Sadly last few times I have ordered thru the pickup option in the app.
My order is wrong. Maybe a misunderstanding, or just not enough attention is brought to the cooks.
Today I purchased a bacon quarter pounder.
it’s missing bacon.
The other day I ordered a deluxe. No lettuce or tomato.
Frustrating because I shouldn’t have to double check my food. I shouldn’t have to drive all the way back and negotiate.
It’s little things.

so I went to this mcdonalds and I got the grinch meal. it was really good. the person who i assume to be the manager was running around tho and asked me what I got, to which I said “the big mac grinch meal” and he said ok. (i think we was stressed because they were out of the boxes) I got my food and my friend got a quarter pounder with cheese but subbed the bun for the one without sesame seeds because he’s allergic. when it came out, however, they hadn’t put any of the normal condiments on they normally do and when we told the manager guy (or at least who i assume to be the manager) he was really cool about it and fixed the order, giving us the correct sandwich for free. overall a great place, and the black lady at the register was really nice.

I had a problem with my order, either I misspoke or I didn’t order properly. Either way I didn’t have the French fries I wanted, the GM was there and threw them in the bag. I’d sworn I ordered them. He really saved the day, I was there with my 3 yo godson, really didn’t wanna wait in line again. Great guy, really saved the day, thx.

Just waited in drive thru for 10 min to get chicken biscuit. Finally went in..they scrambled found the bag sitting there..handed it to me with no apology no nothing..wow!! Glad I checked they would never had discovered it. And it was not busy.

Well, the Wolf Rd/187th Bridge in Mokena is closed again, so that means I can either go way out of my way to go the the best McDonald’s in the area (179th and Wolf) or go to the Frankfort location. I have learned that it is better to just go out of my way to the Orland one. Every time I visit the Frankfort location something goes wrong. I came 3/31/23 around 11-11:15pm about an hour before they closed, ordered the simplest thing in the world, two cheeseburgers, two mcchickens, two drinks and a large fry. Once again the food was cold, even bringing it straight home less than 10min away sitting right in front of the floor heat, but that’s nothing new. The lady who took our order was just flat out rude, and when I asked if they had frappés still her no sounded so annoyed like I had just ordered the entire menu before I asked or something. When I get up to the window to pay its the same lady, I have my phone out to give her my code and she puts the card machine out and I just say I have a code first (which normally they ask when ordering) and so she literally throws the credit card reader back on the counter and says “what is it?” with an attitude, gave her the code then said I am doing Apple Pay, so now she’s annoyed having to stick the card reader back out the window. The younger girl at the second window was super nice, but there food is just awful here and some of the employees here (most of the time its the older women), which is what it was again tonight are just awful and rude as well. Our mcchickens looked like they were made by a 4 year old, both had brown soggy lettuce, where normally I get nice fresh green lettuce and there’s more of it and the mayo than the sandwich. This is definitely a last resort McDonald’s for me now…

This location almost always messes something up on my order. Especially in the drive-thru–there is a 99% chance they’ll mess something up, whether it’s putting onions when i specified no onions (eventhough it’s on the receipt) or “forgetting” my sauces on a 20 piece nugget, undercooked fries, or never putting breakfast sauce on my breakfast bagel sandwiches. Not to mention that the parking lot was designed by an engineer who likely dropped out of community college.
