We’ve been to this location twice so far and each time Brooke has been so nice. Everyone else was nice too but she went above and beyond.
We really appreciate her amazing customer service skills especially since we always go in with our little baby girl in the stroller. We always dine inside instead of drive thru and everything is consistently clean, the food comes out very quick too despite a long car line. The bathrooms are super clean as well. And food is prepared nicely and not just thrown together.

My experience at the drive thru today was far from satisfactory. I ordered on the mobile app, tenders, nacho fries and a wrap. Got to the window around 5:50pm ish, was handed my order by a white lady in her mid 30s to 40s. I asked her for honey mustard, she insisted that there was none. Asked for ketchup, she also said there was none. She was also dismissive and rude. I know some places charge extra for condiments but she didn’t even give me the option to purchase any. This was strange to me because I’ve never encountered this issue at any other taco bell and I’ve been to Many locations.

Ordered the “beefy”…lol 5 layer burrito for almost 5$ by itself, and added two other burritos and got home to find this sad excuse for a burrito. You will see from the photos that when I scraped it all together it was barely more than a spoonful of ingredients in the “beefy” 5 layer, and the wraps were hard and old for all three burritos. And they forgot to include the sauce that was shown on my receipt. I like taco bell and other locations have been great visits… but this is my second visit at this location and both visits were terrible! I strongly recommend avoiding this specific location.

Honestly, the worst customer service I have ever gotten in my life! Went through the drive-through They took my money then refunded it because I was paying half in cash half on card never got my money back, and my kids went hungry it was literally the last of my money !!! They were extremely rude and unhelpful. And then 18 days later, I call asking about my refund because I still have not received it back. They tell me they never took my money even though I have the transaction in my history and they literally made me go around the drive-through three times waiting for it to get back on my card, but yet they never took it right ??. Then the lady starts arguing with me super disgusting attitude. Very unprofessional . Please save your money or make the extra trip to go to a different Taco Bell because this was so ridiculous and unfair . Please don’t waste your time or money here . They do not care about their customers !

I normally don’t leave bad reviews, but after two visits in a row with the same type of experience, I feel like I have to. Yesterday, the staff was extremely unpleasant and rude — there was no courtesy, no empathy, and they were openly complaining while taking our order.
We gave this location another chance today with different staff, and unfortunately, it was the same issue. We requested a simple customization to our order, something that every other Taco Bell has always been able to do without a problem (and never been charged for). Both my boyfriend and I have worked at Taco Bell for over three years as managers, so we know for a fact that what we asked for can be done. Instead, the employees acted like they couldn’t or wouldn’t do it, which just comes across as laziness and poor customer service.
It’s frustrating to feel disrespected and dismissed at this location two days in a row. Every other Taco Bell we visit handles requests with professionalism, but here it seems like the staff just doesn’t care. Very disappointing.

First off, I understand that this is a fast food restaurant, but even so I think minimum standards need to be observed. My complaint is that there was such a small amount of meat in the soft shell tacos that my young daughter said “wow!” I have eaten at various Taco Bell establishments around the county and this particular establishment served the smallest amount of Taco meat that I’ve ever had!! The taste however was what is to be expected.
I also ordered three chicken Chipotle melts and what I was given was nothing resembling the picture on the menu. Again, the size was so small compared to other locations! It’s highly unlikely that I will return to this restaurant after this experience.
