Ordered DoorDash. 2 luxe boxes. Asked for 15 fire sauce. We like spicy and each use 2-3 on each item. Not a single sauce. Nothing new there, this store always forgets the sauce… every time I have ordered no sauce. But what’s worse is my drinks showed up with stickers but not the boxes. And they weren’t in a sealed bag either. I’m fine with no bag but at least seal the boxes. I’m not comfortable eating food that I have no idea if it’s been tampered with. $35 order, door dash offers back $8, that’s a joke, but hey at least I got 2 medium mountain dews for the low low price of $35!

Nothing better than putting in an online order 10 minutes before you get to the store to be told it’s going to be another 20 minutes for the food to be made because “they couldn’t hear anything in the back office” all the Taco Bell’s in and around central NY are complete trash. Decent tasting food but absolutely horrific customer service. Nothing is done timely. Watching them toss bags in the boiler and then take off to the back office to ignore orders coming in from the app or drive thru is just terrible. How these businesses stay afloat is beyond me. Why bother offering breakfast if it takes 40 minutes to make food??!? Time to boycott all these businesses until they get their act together. Find people with drive and ambition.

I received only half an order of my loaded beef nachos. My chicken quesadilla was super small and bland. This location also ALWAYS forgets your hot sauce.. $15 for a fast food meal and I’m still hungry

First time going there. Service and overall atmosphere was good. My taquito and churritos were good (mini tacos and churros). My quesadilla could have been cooked better, would potentially try this place again at some point.

I get out of work late and sometimes Taco Bell is the only place open. Any time I have ever had an issue the manager, Marshall Has gone above and beyond to fix it. He has a very positive attitude . Prior to becoming a nurse I worked in the fast food industry and I know how hard it can be.

Would it kill this location to serve crunchy tacos and chicken crispy taco that aren’t crushed and the cheese is actually grilled on the outside? Or to be mindful of controlling sauce and portioning ingredients?
This team really needs to get it together. If you wouldnt want it served that way – don’t give it to the customer. This Taco Bell’s quality has gone downhill in the past few years.

I don’t have much to complain about! 99% of the time they get my order right, the food is good, and they’re friendly. Today I stopped in the drive thru and they were friendly but when i got home one of the tacos had half a handful of meat in it, nothing else lol. Picture is attached

Ordered online. It only takes me 10 minutes to get there from home. All my food ( with the exception of the fiesta potatoes) was luke warm at best. It was pretty busy, and the drive-thru line moved surprisingly well. However, the staff at the window appeared annoyed that she had to be serving customers. All that aside, nothing compared to the horrendous condition of the parking lot. From entry to exit, it was a maze of deep pot holes, the majority of which were unavoidable and crumbling macadam.
I definitely will not be returning until the much needed repairs are made.

This is the second time I’ve ordered takeout at this location and my food has been wrong/poorly made. The first time was end of Feb 2024, I reported the wrongs, got returned email stating my feedback was recieved and watch junk folder n inbox for further email, but never heard anything further. Now yesterday, April 10th 2024, only part of order (carryout) was wrong/poorly made again! This time I took pics, last time I did not.
