I went there on thursday 8th January at around 9pm. The food was so tasty, and the place was clean and tidy. There were only two staff members, a lady wearing a black t-shirt and a man in a red t-shirt but the customer service was absolutely amazing. It’s a bit pricey for a student, but I will definitely return because of the customer service. Thank you so much, my friends and I really enjoyed our time there.

Pretty good burger, but they forgot one of the sauces. Chips were amazing ordered a large and got a extra bunch thrown in the bag aswell as the portion. Staff were very quick to clean tables if dirty and were friendly. Only thing that was a bit weird is being giving my eat in order in a paper bag. Bit pricey but overall would recommend

Fantastic environment, delicious food, my burger and the fries were great. Also Ioannis and Zoltan had been very helpful with ordering and my overall experience in the store. Definitely would recommend to visit.

It never disappoints.
Had a bacon cheeseburger and it was very good as usual.
Service was also efficient as we have been served at the table and the guy was particularly kind.

If I could give minus 10 I would. Horrendous slow, rude, unpleasant service. I can’t say anything about the food as after waiting 20 minutes I had to leave with no burger & no refund otherwise I would have missed the bus that the rude incompetent lady knew I needed I needed to catch. I may be wrong but it appeared that service slowed down once she knew I needed to catch a bus. Absolutely despicable advertising too. Conning people into believing they’re getting a £10 meal deal when this actually costs nearly £30. Beware of the unethical presentation of the menu’s within the shop. There are plenty of other ethical eateries with far superior customer service in Oxford. Avoid this meglamanic, rude eatery like the plague.
