Just ordered 2 whopper jrs at 220am on my break from working overnight shift and the buns were hard and the meat was barely warm so this must have been sitting for awhile. I asked them before and they said they made everything fresh to order but tonight this definitely was not the case. There was no line and no reason they couldn’t have made a fresh sandwich for me.

We showed up at 3, they said they’re preparing for breakfast at 4 and wouldn’t take our order basically. Then even when placed through an aoo such as Uber Eats they refused to make it. I think it’s ridiculous that an hour out you won’t make the food.

This place shouldn’t even get a one star. I went in with my kids on 7/10/24 and the girl was scrolling her phone instead of working. She had ear buds in and never once was aware that we were there. I told my son if she hadn’t turned around by the time I got back from the restroom, we were leaving. Both the girl on drive thru and front registers never once looked up from their phones. Don’t bother wasting your time with this place, customer service is not a priority here!

Liz was friendly and took our order immediately. It took FOREVER to get our food. Other customers got their food first. When we got our food, it wasn’t right. I still had to wait for my iced coffee. If I hadn’t asked for it. I’m not sure I would have gotten it. My wife’s sandwich wasn’t correct. We didn’t send it back because we didn’t want to be here all day.

This lady is horrible. I’ve been waiting for door dash for going on 2 hrs. My driver has asked 3 times about my order and she keeps on putting him off. This lady is the reason ppl can’t stand places to eat. Apparently she’s only helping door dash drivers she knows.

This was the worse Customer Service ever!!! No smile, no hello, eye rolls all the time. Not to me tion very slow service. We didn’t like the sweet tea and asked for a coke zero and you would think it was the end of the world. Definitely just horrible!

Went in to get a crispy onion whopper with no lettuce and a brisket whopper. Both whoppers were wrong. The onion whopper had lettuce and the brisket whopper had no brisket on it. I went back to get it remade and the whoppers were still wrong. The onion whopper still had lettuce and the brisket whopper had tomatoes (I asked for no tomatoes). I tried to get a refund through Burger King, but they only offered me a $5 coupon, although I paid $11.64. Wasted my time and money.

Obviously a management issue here. There was one couple in the store besides us. They were already seated. We stood at the counter for 8 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. The clerk was sweet, but she was struggling. They were carrying to go orders out doors on both sides and the front of the store because people were sitting everywhere waiting on their orders. I counted 6 employees and I’m pretty sure 2 or 3 of them working. A manager could have a higher percentage of employees actually working and they might insist someone on the team acknowledge people standing at the counter even if they just said I’ll be with you shortly. Definitely no Chick-fil-A material here.
