BUG IN MY BREADROLL. I wish I was joking. I went to butter my bread roll and thought I saw mold, when i inspected further I saw a black dot and moved it to find that black dot was a whole bug. Do not eat here y’all. I already consumed them, so I’m hoping I don’t get sick.

I’ve been coming and eating at this Logan’s Steakhouse since I was a little boy in the 90s. This is not the Logan’s I grew up with or even equivalent to the Logan’s an hour down the road in Decatur. It’s a real clown house. Check your utensils for grubby bits when you get them. You might have to remind the waiter to bring you bread. They don’t do peanuts here anymore, but that’s a whole other thing I don’t know if anyone wants me to go in on right now in this review, even though I wanna. The waiter was a bit catty and wasn’t aware of the non-alcoholic beverages we ordered because, as he said, he’s only 19. He should probably still know the menu. Maybe the waiter should be over 21 if they serve alcohol. The crab cakes seemed to definitely be (mostly) surimi. The broccoli was cold. None of the tables had bottles of usable ketchup (I checked). Waiter checked on us only once. A patron who dined with me tripped over a crayon under the table. I’m probably forgetting something but this wasn’t your bog standard bad table service. This was advanced 5 star poor service. Steak was fine so they get some points.

I ordered DoorDash 6oz sirloin with loaded baked potato side salad with ranch. When I received my order I got a dry potato no cheese no butter no sour cream no. Instead of Housemade Ranch I got that sweet Roadhouse Ranch. Keep in mind I’m at work and can’t leave I call and get told you can bring it back. After I told them I can’t leave. On top of that I didn’t get anything to eat with. Just wasted my money and break and now I’m still hungry. I would rather eat toothpicks than order from there ever again

It was slow, we went before dinner rush. Our server as not attentive. We had to find our own silver ware from another table. She didn’t refill a drink until after we were about to leave. We had steak, and it was so salty it was not edible. It taste marinated in salt and then topped with salt with a side of salt. It ruined the steak.
However I must say they did get the medium part right! Both of our steaks have been overly salted the past two visits, and yes I told my server. She didn’t care nor offered to replace them or make it right.

Win a large party don’t have one server working it but she did a pretty good job. Everyone seemed pretty happy with their food except one order of the coconut shrimp came out way overcooked and almost burnt looking. Sent back. I ordered the 22 oz porterhouse and I was disappointed only because it came out real thin like a breakfast steak. And I don’t like thin streaks. But it was fine I didn’t complain.

Just wanted to purchase some rolls to go. At least 5 people walked past me without saying anything . I stood at the entrance for 10 minutes. Until finally I had stopped one lady and asked is anyone working up here. She said yes and kept walking. 2 minutes later a really nice server who I hadn’t seen yet stopped and asked, “Has anyone helped you? “ I told her no in a disappointing tone. She said okay hold on let me go get someone to help you. Every time I come to this location no one is a the entrance , ever! Great food , bad customer service.
