This place rocks, handles large crowds finely and effectively and makes sure to get orders right. They also can cook a good burger, unlike many other five guys locations. Hats off to the management and staff.

Little pricey now. Expect to apend $20 per person for burger, fries and drink.

It’s our local five guys. If you’re here. You probably know five guys makes hamburgers and fries. And they’re good.

The shining star here is the staff. They’re always friendly and serves is always great. Crazy that our favorite burger in town is from a chain.

The manager (wearing a black hat and apron) was verbally berating employees in front of customers. This led to one employee breaking down and crying at their workstation after having their name repeatedly called out, pressured for “not cooking fast enough” and comments such as “do you think the customers are happy because of how long you’re taking to make that hotdog” and “are you seriously crying now?”. It was extremely uncomfortable to witness and not the kind of environment anyone should have to work in. This individual should not be in a position of leadership.

No one deserves to be treated that way at work and I will not support a business that condones this behavior.

I frequented this location often and know many of the red apron workers there. They are all friendly, hard working and deserving of better leadership

*After reviewing the negative reviews, it looks like this manager has been named many times over the past 6+ months for treating employees unfairly. Absolutely insane

It’s disheartening to know that you go some place that you enjoy and people just don’t care about certain details. Consistency is key in every business, but it seems to be fading away. I just paid $7.45 for a large fry, amongst other things. thinking that it should be good for 3 people to split, based off of the regular size being quite a bit. Definitely not the case. Not only was it a couple of dollars more, but it was quite a bit less in quantity.

Don’t know the point of ordering ahead. I always have to wait another 10 or so minutes for them to finish the order. To test this, my friend ordered the same meal when we arrived, and he got his before mine was finished. Quality is a hit or miss. Sometimes they get the order correct and other times toppings are missing or it seems like we got the bottom of the fry batch. Employees look miserable.

We picked up our online order and they didn’t put all of our food in the bag. It’s disappointing when you get home.
Also even though there was someone cleaning he wasn’t doing anything. Even though there was food covering the whole floor, he was more worried about walking up to people and them move to clean. Very weird…
