I gotta give the employees at this location props on their customer service. Too many fast food employees ((especially around here for some reason)) act like its a hassle to have to do their job and serve the customer food. You guys are always in a good mood/attitude and I just want to say its definitely noticed. Cheers and thank you for not making me feel bad for wanting to order some food. Ive ran into this issue at several other fast food places where people wanna lowkey be in a bad mood and then try taking it out on the customer. ❤️

Although this Arby’s location is actually inside of a Pilot travel center, it has its own identity as seen in some of my pictures here. They call your name when your order is ready, and I like that. The food was hot and the prices are just right. Service was good. Will be back again.

Very good friendly service at this location in Dexter Michigan. The staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The food quality at this location is good as well. This location is also connected to a Pilot Flying J truck stop, so you can take care of other needs while you’re at this location as well.

I don’t usually leave reviews but thought the service here was great. The employee with a toque took our order seamlessly. Food was good. When I filled up my drink I didn’t have the lid on properly and spilled it, there was a blonde girl employee seeing this and asked if we needed a new cup. When I was back from the bathroom from washing my hands she had already started mopping the area. Excellent staff!

We went at about 10:30pm, there were only 2 people working from what I could see and they made all of our food fresh. This was the best Arby’s I’ve had in a long time, maybe the best ever. Staff was really nice, restaurant was clean and the food was excellent.

Friendly staff. Always willing to help. I always order a meal for the whole family. They always get the order right. Only down side is there is no drive thru so you got to go into the gas station to get your food. Would like to see coupons offered again as i would frequent this store more

This is by far the worst Arby’s I have ever been too. I stood there for at least five mins before she served me. She acted like I wasn’t there. She looked back and didn’t say anything, just kept doing whatever she was doing. I was even told that they are out of salt lol. Nobody was acting ALIVE in there. I won’t be back again.

ordered a meal sandwich off the menu, got a bun with a Pile of roast beef and nothing else(wrong sandwich). If that is the classic roast beef sandwich that is gross with a capital G. pound of cold roast beef jammed into a sandwich box lol, wish I took of picture of it before I returned it.

I’ve never in my life seen an assistant manager or any manager at a fast food restaurant encourage and motivate his only other employee on shift the way I JUST saw Stephen do. When customers kept coming Stephen was taking orders at the register, dropping food in the grease pulling them out when the bell rang, fixing the side orders and doing all the prep work while another employee worked in the back to prepare the sandwiches. The employee in the back was not at all very quick. However, that did not slow Stephen down, and it did not appear to discourage him nor irritate him. Instead, Stephen, while three orders were waiting, said to the other employee, “You’re doing a good job, buddy.” That encouraged the employee to continue to work as dilligently as he could and say, “Thank you!” I was completely humbled and touched by this ideal display of teamwork, support, and love in the workplace. While watching this continue in my presence even as customers kept coming, I was immediately encouraged to reach in my pocket and pull out a cash tip for these professionals that was…well…much more than what it cost me for the milkshake I ordered (which was great as well). Such a pleasant experience at a gas station Arbys. Keep up the great work and continue to inspire and motivate others Stephen, including customers like me.
