FLY in my fries! I got an order delivered from DoorDash. It was extremely late. Driver said it was taken by someone so they had to make it again. They didn’t add the bbq sauce (this always happens), they added onions when I asked to remove them. Then half way into my fries i noticed a black thing on it, it was the leg of a dead fly. The fly was stuck to the inside of the fry container.

The service here has been less than desirable for years with no signs of improving. My husband asked if that was everything the kid at the window said “yep” but it seemed light so after pulling away my husband checked the bags and low and behold, none of the sandwiches were there, and half the stuff that comes with the taco salad (which has significantly shrunk) was missing. Seriously you work in customer service. This location has been struggling with what that means for a long time.

I remember the good old days of getting a Dave’s burger that was beautiful. A burger with lettuce leaves that weren’t shredded, A burger that didn’t look like it just went through a hydraulic press, A burger that was amazing to bite into. Now its a sad depressing burger. I know Dave wouldn’t like seeing how this burger has been ruined over the past few months. Make the Daves burgers amazing again.

Decided to give it another shot after a year or so. Didn’t go well. $40 worth of food yet food was missing. Didn’t get everything that was paid for. Definitely no different now then a few yrs ago. This is why fast food shouldn’t be more than minimum wage. Can’t listen to simple directions.

It was very busy through drive thru and inside. I had ordered on the website & was suppose to pick up my order through drive thru. Cars were wrapped around the building, so I went inside. All the tourists for the temple were here. Although it took a bit to get the order, they were accommodating with my order and worked as quickly as they could to get through the orders. I thought they did great with the pressure. My meal was not picture perfect, but it’s still pretty good! The baked potatoes were old but it was around 9pm. ( I added my own fresh chives )

I’m not sure what is going on at this location, but the past few months it has really gone down hill. It takes us 30 minutes or more just to get through the drive through. It seems like they take an order, and then won’t take another order until the first order has been served. As we were waiting in line this last time we were there, I watched 4 different employees go outside for a smoke break. No wonder it takes them forever. Also, there is always something out of stock. We wanted nuggets and they were completely out of them. Another time we came they had no burgers. How can you be out of burgers at a burger joint?? Hopefully things will start getting better soon.

The food isn’t terrible, when they get the order right. I hope you use DoorDash or the mobile app because they only work on one drive through order at a time and don’t care about you when you are in the restaurant. You will easily wait 20 minutes per person in line inside. Highly dissatisfied with the service and the state of the restaurant. All garbage were overflowing and no employee cared to look over the counter.

I live 20 min away from most fast food places, so it’s more convenient for me to do pick up orders using the mobile app.
My experience this evening was less than stellar, as I discovered upon arrival that they started my pickup order *after* I’d arrived. I proceed to wait 30 minutes for my family’s food, only to discover that, upon my return home, I’d been given a Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger instead of a Son of Baconator. So I basically paid $5 extra for a sandwich I didn’t even order, and upon attempting to call them so see if they could refund my sandwich, my call goes unanswered.
So now I’m left with a dilemma. Do I sink another 40 minutes minimum into traveling back to the restaurant and getting my sandwich fixed or refunded? Or do I let myself get overcharged and undersatisfied?
Turns out I’d prefer to just spend the time with my family, while they enjoy their dinners. This entire experience has left me wholly put off of Wendy’s, and I will not be back to this location.

Im not the type of person to leave a review but I feel like I need to. Me and boyfriend went here, I always get the bacon fries, there was not any of the liquid cheese on those fries, and they only put the shredded cheese on it and it was not even melted, we go back through the drive through, she says pull up to the second window, holly I think her name was, very very rude, she was yelling at us about how the cheese doesn’t melt, and that they are very busy. every time we come here, we get the best service, but this time I was very disappointed
