Finally got food poisoning after decades of avoiding it. Not quite sure what I did to deserve it, but it was a full day of not even be able to keep water down. I have otherwise had fine experiences here, it’s in my opinion, just like any other Taco Bell. But I’m posting this in case anybody else has had this experience.
I ordered the food the evening of 1/21 and got the Crunchwrap supreme meal and nachos. Hopefully I’m the only one, obviously I’m going to be taking a break from Taco Bell for a couple years.

This is the slowest Taco Bell I have ever been at. The staff is not friendly or helpful at all. I’ve had to wait over 30 minutes for an order I’ve seen other customers standing around in the lobby not being helped. I even saw one couple leave after about 15 minutes, nobody even greeted them or acknowledge they were standing at the counter
Update: There is a huge difference between the daytime crew and the evening crew. I will say I have had generally good exp during the day. I wont cone here in the evening.

This location price-gouges its customers! Check the app and compare it with any other Taco Bell in other cities. For example, the Luxe Box at this location is $12 compared to $7 at most other locations. We really need another Taco Bell competitor to open up and humble this one.

I pick up deliveries and this place is the worst. The food is never ready nor is it even being prepared when I get there. I am usually having to wait over 20-30 minutes until the food is ready which make my ratings go down because I am late delivering the food. I have watched people stand at the counter waiting to order for over 10 to 15 minutes while every staff member ignores them. I dont understand why people even order food here.

White Center Taco Time is much more consistent than West Seattle store, so we make the extra effort and drive out of our way to patronize that location even though we live in West Seattle.

We are here on vacation trying to feed our kids. Sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes no one was taking orders. Decided to go inside to order waited 30 minutes for our food with 7 workers and no other customers. Terrible customer service

This is hands-down our favorite Taco Bell, and tonight just reminded us why. We placed a small order and left a $3 tip asking for extra sauce—what we got was an entire bag of sauce. Now we don’t have to get sauce for our next few visits. Amazing. I actually thought the bag was our food, so I took it and drove off.
A few seconds later, Theo (an absolute legend of an employee) chased us down to let us know we forgot our actual meal. Not only was that above and beyond, but the whole team was kind, generous, and clearly takes pride in taking care of customers.
It’s rare to see that kind of service these days, and it made our night. Shoutout to Theo and the wonderful crew—you guys are the reason we keep coming back.
