Honestly this place is great, first time trying sushi and most Japanese food and it was an amazing time! Staff were quick and nice, food was great and overall for a 30$ lunch all you can eat it was great! Only thing I wish is that they had a taster option for the sushi so we could order less than 6 at a time and try multiple types of sushi without wasting. Would recommend to anyone who is a fan of Asian cuisine!

Unfortunately, my experience at Sushi Paradise in St. Catharines was very disappointing.
Service was poor from the beginning. Staff appeared uninterested, and interactions felt rushed and unfriendly. Food was often placed on the table roughly, and items on our table were moved without asking, which came across as disrespectful.
Several dishes we ordered never arrived. After asking the server, we were told it would be checked, but after waiting approximately 30 minutes with no update and no missing items brought to the table, we decided to leave.
Another issue was the payment process. A sign on the wall advertised a 10% discount for cash payment, but when I asked about it before paying, I was told it did not apply and that full price plus tip was expected. If that offer is no longer valid, it should not remain posted for customers to see.
Overall, the combination of poor service, missing food, long delays, and unclear pricing made this a very disappointing visit.

It is all you can eat for a set price, but instead of a buffet which can get iffy, you are given a tablet to order what you would like and they bring them to your table. Beverages besides water are extra but not expensive at all. The food was delicious, and it was very easy to get the full value of the price paid (compared to similar items in a la carte restaurants). Would definitely go back.

The food here is soo good, it’s a cheaper price than all the other surrounding AYCE sushi, but the food is just as good if not better! Their rolls are always soo fresh and they have such a huge selection on their menu, even for lunch. The Cream cheese wantons are actually filled with quality ingredients. The service is wonderful and they’re always very nice. This is the best sushi place in town with a more affordable price! Many dim sum options as well.

Our favourite sushi place in Niagara by far! Servers are friendly and helpful; food is always fresh, and tasty; atmosphere is nice and the booths are roomy! Great place to bring families or celebrate a special occasion. Prices are competitive and we usually order from the menu not all you can eat. (Bento boxes are a great deal!) Highly recommend.

Very nicely decorated interior. Salmon is nice a fresh. Good privacy between booths. Cannot really hear the other tables. The kitchen is a little slow. Suggest you order the steam items first. The steamed custard boas are not actually custard. The pan fried noodles tasted like leftovers. Service was okay but one of the waitresses seemed annoyed the entire time. They did clear the empty place quickly. Staff can speak Mandarin. Clean washrooms. Free WiFi. One TV to keep you entertained. Plenty of free parking. Good accessible to all tables and washroom. No credit card surcharge. Bus hub across the street at the Pen Center. The table was not clean when seated.

I paid contactless with my credit card, and when I asked how to add the tip, she said she had already skipped it since the restaurant prices had gone up a lot ,she start to tell customers not to worry about leaving a tip.
That explanation didn’t make sense to me, so I insisted on seeing the bill —
and that’s when I discovered she had already added her own 15% tip, while pretending it was just a price increase.
My issue isn’t paying the tip — I always do.
My issue is the dishonesty of trying to mislead me.
And I’m writing this here because I also saw her do the same thing to the family sitting next to me. Sadly, after so many years of loyalty, they lost a customer today.”

I would recommend this to anyone who wants a rude owner. I came in to celebrate a new joyice occasion and right off the bat the owner said I remember you from last year. She even pointed out where we last time like she was thinking we are scamming food from them. My daughter was ill and we told her that she will not eat at all sushi. Even at that point it was difficult to get the point across her mind. Anyways we are at the end and we ordered desert my daughter had 1 scope meaning just a spoon of ice cream she came across the room and said I have to charge you for ice cream. She was also watching us the whole time like if we are gonna feed our I’ll daughter sushi. Very disrespectful place to eat and terrible customer service. I would have gladly paid the extra cost at wind sushi or ezakia instead of this place. I used to love this place until this incident today. So yes I don’t recommend anyone with kids to come here they hunt you down to charge you.

Great fresh sushi for an unbeatable price. Around $20 cheaper with much faster service speeds over Wind, East, and August 8. My fiancé and I visit here weekly and the food, service and friendliness are always top notch! Orders always come out at lightning speed, surprised they can put together such a beautiful arrangement of food together in a short amount of time!
