Have had the worst experiences with this Sonic always super super long wait times today wait forever to receive order had a gift card that covered 20$ of a 24$ order was told after waiting in drive thru for very very long time that they couldn’t split the payment between gift card and remaining balance. What a joke! I am very understanding they just need to do better this isn’t the first time we have had really bad service and or food. There are so many people in this town begging for jobs hire better employees or give them the proper tools to do the job right ridiculous!!!

We were stuck in the drive thru sandwiched between 2 cars where we proceeded to wait for 40 mins with 2 kids who were melting down. When we finally made it to the window the 3 people working were all fighting & completely overloaded. We ordered 2 shakes & were told to hold on when pulled up to the window as the worker walked away to help the cook. After waiting at the window for an additional 10 mins with 2 crying kids, we left without our order.

Just had the worst service ever this place is a joke a circus ran by clowns went to the drive threw for 4 ice-cream’s and had to wait no lie 20 mins to place the order and after saying it three times they still couldn’t get it right but on top of that couldn’t get our 2 gift cards to work and so my issue is the professionalism I worked in the fast food industry for years and the last thing I would ever do is turn down payments I would have split the order and did x2 different transactions to get it done no management to help just inexperienced kids to run the show right into the ground not sure what was the problem with the guy 2 cars in front of us but he left upset as well terrible experience we will not come back do not recommend

Was there from out of State. Was looking forward to a Coney Dog. Waited 30 minutes for food, they forgot my Coney Dog. The other 2 people got their food. I didn’t want to wait any longer and had to leave. Didn’t get a chance to get back so never did get a Coney Dog. It was a Bummer

Ordered 1 Route 44 Diet Cherry Limeade w/lite ice on Friday 10/31 at approximately 6:45 pm. Only one
Other car in the drive through. Repeated the order twice. Attendant read my exact order back to me to which I confirmed yes that is correct. I proceed to the window, different person taking the money said 1 medium Diet Cherry Limeade w/lite ice? Ummmm no, I ordered a Route 44. Her response?? “Well it’s already processed in the system and I can’t change it”. “Like WHAT????? Already in the system??” “Your order taker confirmed the order twice and this is what I get?” Her response “I can’t do anything about it”.
No offer whatsoever to make it right. Could have easily poured out the 30 cents of product and a .20 cent cup and poured the correct one. Absolutely typical of the generation today…..except for the folks Chick Fil A hires. They have apparently cracked the code for hiring & training people who offer a pleasant compelling experience which I will gladly spend my money on.
My first stop at this Sonic while on a vacation. Thought how could it possibly be worse than the sonic in my hometown of Parkville, MO. Sad that the once coveted Sonic Drive-In has somehow lost its way of relevance, awesome menu and great customer service which is why we always went to sonic for the last 45+ years.
We’re now done and will never be back to any sonic. All because it was just too much trouble for the attendant who wanted to be anywhere but at the Sonic she was working at to fill my one item drink order correctly.
I don’t want a coupon or a free anything. If was running Sonic, I would just want to know why our coveted customer base age group is leaving us.

Dogs were pretty, but the cooker was not up to temp. Cheese had no chance of melting. Returned for hotter dogs and was not disappointed. The shakes are always tasty 🙂 The staff are always pleasant…it is a great Sonic!

Very dirty seating area, table and benches extremely dirty.
We sat at the cleanest one. (Pictures included)
Lots of pigeons and ant’s everywhere.
4 of their ordering kiosks were broken and wouldn’t take payment, finally they had to bring my card inside for me to be able to pay.
Staff was nice and was also annoyed at the ordering kiosks not working.

We ordered 4 burgers 2 French fries and 1 tator tot with cheese. We did not get our French fries instead they sent us more tator tots. We were disappointed. The order was not cheap. This was a special request for the boys and unacceptable in my opinion. This was delivered thru Uber Eats which Uber Eats made up for it by refunding the fees for the French fried. But one should never let an order leave the restaraunt which out verifying its made correctly. I hope if we try it again. Our order will be correct.
