I order a burger and some chicken nuggets at 9.10 pm, the person took my order and did not specify that there was no grill available
I got the chicken but no burger
When I asked the stuff working they told me that the grill is under Maintainance

The most horrible dirty place I’ve ever seen!I said it’s a black thing, they don’t know themselves! I asked them to change the orders, they gave me back the same order, such places should be closed! This can poison a person !!!

Unfortunately I have to give it 1 star if I could’ve gave it 0 I would’ve but my experience was so Nasty and I know is not the place but where the food comes from, I had a Worm or maggot cooked in my chicken sandwich today and I literally threw up at work it was disgusting, I haven’t been able to eat all day cause I’m traumatized to even eat takeout. I posted it in social media and I made a report personally, the lady working there even got grossed out when she saw it. This needs to be addressed McDonald’s, it’s nasty people actually are putty garbage rotten food into their bodies. It’s not cool by any means. FDA was notify and I will be reporting it to the local food&health county. Be safe people and watch what you eat while you eating!!!

I’ve visited this McDonald’s location several times, and while the staff is always friendly and polite, the service leaves much to be desired. Unfortunately, despite their positive attitudes, my orders are consistently wrong. Whether it’s missing items, incorrect ingredients, or forgetting basic condiments and utensils, it seems like the attention to detail is severely lacking.
No matter how clearly I specify my order, it never arrives as expected, and I’m left frustrated every time. It’s disappointing because the staff is clearly trying, but the end result is simply not acceptable. A friendly smile can’t make up for missing or wrong items, especially when I’m relying on getting a quick, correct meal on the go.
I sincerely hope management steps up to address these issues because the team deserves better support to deliver the quality service customers expect.
Edit: it’s been several days and the manager/owner has refused to acknowledge my review. i’ve been waiting in like for 15 minutes for 4 hot and spicy mcchickens ordered my food at 8:55 and finally getting it now at 9:10am

I either must be lucky or this place is the best because every time I went there I’ve had fresh food! The staff are nice and get the food out fast, this is the only McDonald’s that shocked me with fresh food. So you know I had to make a review about it even though most people know what McDonald’s taste like.

Went inside waited for 10 minutes and no one came to the counter. Went through drive thru at 5:40pm ordered 10 piece chicken nuggets. The nuggets were dried out, stale and old. Couldn’t eat them, they went in the garbage.
