Went thru the drive thru, sat for over 5 minutes with no response. Drove up to the windows, young man said sorry for your wait and took our order thru the window. Ordered 2 sandwiches, one of which was a chicken sandwich that the employee had no idea was on the menu. We pulled up and waited another 10 minutes, a young lady brought out our order. As we were pulling out realize the order had fries in it, that we didn’t order. Got home to find out we had a burger and fries, not even close to what we ordered. I was beyond tired and frustrated with the whole deal. You folks keep the $16 we paid for food we didn’t get,.. we won’t be back.

2 burgers took 15 minutes and the patties were overcooked yet cold at the same time. Service was good at the window, nice lady. But waiting this long for sub par food while trying to get back on the road wasn’t good. It set us back in money and time. Skip this place.

So upset. I knew it should of checked my order when one of the workers accidentally set a bag on fire. They was very unorganized. The lady said order 12, which was my number. I grab the bag and left after waiting a long time. I get far away and open the bag to find out it’s totally the wrong sandwich. Im so upset I went there just for that one burger. Horrible service. Never consistent in food quality. Also will be lucky if they aren’t “to short staffed” to have the drive thru open. Would be better off as a McDonald’s or Burger King at this point.

Had the salted carmel pretzel shake and it was really good!!! Also had the charbroiled chicken bacon Swiss with onion rings. Very good, perfectly cooked and moist. The onion rings were delicious, but I did miss the zesty onion ring sauce from Burger King. That is the only thing from Burger King I missed!! Hubby had the cookies and cream shake and really liked it, he had to eat it with a spoon because it was too thick for a straw.

The most terrible experience I had at any fast food restaurant. Very disorganized and disrespectful towards each other. Not something a customer should see. Makes me think is a bad work environment, which makes me wonder the way my food is getting done and what it goes through before I try to eat it. This looks old, burnt and not what i expected. Very disappointed, never going back to my old favorite fast food restaurant.

The guy in glasses was impolite; he roughly grabbed the bag, shoved the burger into it, and handed it to me.
