I was missing my taco salad from my order. When I try to call the restaurant. There phone system doesn’t seem to work. I live several miles away and don’t want to drive all the way back to get my salad. Fix your phone system and please double check your drive thru orders for accuracy. I understand you want speed, but I feel accuracy is more important if you are trying to provide a positive experience

Yesterday was my first trip to Arctic Circle restaurant in St George, UT. It reminded me of a Dairy Queen back in the Midwest. The service excellent. Each associate was friendly and quick to provide assistance with my order. An associate even brought my order to me out in the lobby when it was ready. After my meal, I got a Reeces Blizzard. Very good choice.
Overall, this was a very solid restaurant with solid food and great service. Highly recommended.

I’ve had Arctic Circle burgers a few times in my life. My family used to frequent the ones in Northern Utah, and I’ve tried the burgers feom here in Southern Utah. All I gotta say is these ones were different. From the whole lettuce, big pickle slice, and light sauce it was not what I would expect from Arctic Circle. It didn’t suck by any means. Just really different from every AC I’ve ever tried.

Been a customer of Arctic Circle fast food restaurants for over 40 years! This was not the best experience and they really changed the fish and chips recipe. Wish we could say it’s for the better but that would be untruthful. The service also was not on par with other locations and over the years. This location needs either better management or owners. I hope that this review is taken seriously and things improve. I’ll give it another chance down the road but for now Culver’s is winning in all categories over a local, was, favorite.

My burger was NOT very well put together. Inside the bag, all of the components were there, but I had to reassemble my burger almost entirely. Additionally, my cheese curds were all smashed, so there was that.
All in all, planning to go somewhere else next time. They also forgot to put my receipt in the bag, which should be automatic. And when I tried to call to have them look my receipt up and send a copy, their phone doesn’t work, and there is no way to get ahold of these people. Go somewhere else do lunch.

Article circle has always been a reliable delicious and cheap meal. They have all sorts of different burgers and they have great combo deals. Artic circle is without a doubt one of my favorite fast food places. Especially the chicken rings. Would highly recommend.

Went for ice cream and got soup. Asked them to remake 2 of them because by the time they came out to our car it was dripping all over us and the car. Works were rude and then remade the shakes wrong. Never coming back 🙂
