Unfortunately, this was a disappointing experience. The food was poorly prepared and lacked flavor. The main dish was overcooked, dry, and not seasoned well. Seems like ever since new management took over this place just like its sister location on the NW side of Chicago, North Ave and Central to be exact. The preparation and passion that ones existed has gone down the drain.
I was expecting much better based on the reputation, but this visit fell short. I would not recommend this place and do not plan on returning.

This is the worst I’ve ever seen from any restaurant I order from. How the hell y’all still in business? The food I ordered was horrible, burnt and looked bad as if the grill was not even cleaned. I should’ve looked at the reviews of others before ordering. I had to throw away the whole order and I should definitely put this nasty mess on social media and let folks know how y’all serving food. Totally unacceptable

Ordered breakfast through uber eats a omelette and French toast. The French toast is just bread nothing else and the omelette and potatoes is old like it was reheated from yesterday not to mention the eggs are not even cooked it’s so runny I’m soooo disappointed

I had the burrito and it was horrible. Chicken was dry and the taste was old and this isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience. I had a cheeseburger and a cheeseburger was dry and taste it all. I’ll never go here again.

Fred and Jacks fell WAYYYY off. This is the trash they are NOW serving. I will not be returning. Disgusting. You would think this Steak has been pre-chewed. As other reviews have stated, the food is not fit for a dog to eat. Buyers beware.

No atmosphere. Arrived at 11 at changeover time. French fries were a clump, burger was decent. Got my food fairly fast. Work on those fries, dudes. Good fries every time will boost your sales
