The Diet Pepsi wasn’t filled not filled to the top. It’s about an inch that’s missing. The bacon crunch wrap was $6.82 and hardly worth the money. It practically had no filling in at all, barely even bacon and eggs. This is was rip off for the quality I received. I order through Door Dash as I am disabled and can’t drive so it’s really disappointing when i don’t get what I paid for… I’ll just go back to Taco Time down the street. It maybe more spendy but you get what you pay for. See photos below. I cannot express in words how disappointed I am. Do better Taco Bell!!! I need someone in Management to contact about this issue.

I dont like the modern feel and hard rigid seats, I prefer booths which they only have 3. Thats the way Taco Bell is nowadays I guess. Food was good, wait time can be longer just because I feel like priority is given to the drivethru. Dont worry about online orders or door dash, each order comes out as it finishes they dont make preferences there. The one thing they could do better on is having someone look out for who is self-ordering with those tablets so they can hand out drink cups so people can have something to drink while waiting for their food.

I can’t complain, it’s Taco Bell, it’s fast and cheap but I got 2 of the 5-layer burritos with no meat when I asked for beef. And a Crunchwrap with no meat when I asked for beef, I got home and realized it and at that point didn’t even care because it was late and was far. But people were nice I guess. ‍♂️

I came in to pick up a DoorDash and found the restaurant to be moderately busy. Not so busy the employees couldn’t handle the amount of orders they had on their screens. Working a food services job myself, I can read order screens and nothing on their screens should have taken more then three minutes to expo. I waited over ten minutes past my estimated pick up time to receive my customer order. Not only does this kind of service upset the customer who paid not only for food, but us Dashers as well. We walk in somewhere and expect our pick up to be ready or at least almost ready. This Taco Bell is seriously lacking in whats important, customer service

Taco Bell is disgusting and the customer service is awful. The staff was unbelievably rude, acted like taking my order was a burden, and still got everything wrong after a ridiculous wait. The place was dirty, the food was cold, and the employees were nasty with zero professionalism. Don’t eat there—this location is a complete nightmare and not worth a dime.

I had a door dash there waited for the order for over an hour made sure it wasn’t taken then Lyndsay gets a call as my customer was tired of waiting says someone already took it I said no they don’t she argues
With me then shows me off I call management there to report her behavior and she hangs up on me! 0/10 service skills

For how long it takes this taco bell to make orders you’d think they’d at least make them correct. It wasn’t even busy and of course, three people are just standing around while there’s garbage on the floor and dirty tables

I understand the reasoning behind upselling but ordering your food should not be so exhausting and tedious. Every single item is followed up with 3-4 extra add on questions. Extra/add on Sour cream, try it spicy, extra meat, ect. After the first round of no’s PLEASE READ THE ROOM. It doesn’t have to be after every single item. It’s exhausting and so frustrating. Also, it’s pretty slimy to say “is sour cream okay on that” and when you say yes, it’s an extra charge. Very deceptive way to make an extra buck when you’re making it sound like something included in the item.

Absolutely despise having to type the order myself. What happened to customer service. You might as well go through the drive through window.
Food for thought. You don’t get a discount for doing your own order. Everyone else wants a tip for doing the order for you.

I realize that it’s fast food. Have fun doing your own order. I added potatoes for .80, there was about 7 tiny pieces of potato. The value sucks. The food is ok. NOT THE EMPLOYEES FAULT.
