This is one of my favorite Dunkin’s of all time. They always make my drinks just right. The service is quick and friendly. Plus, it is in the middle of Triangle, so it’s easy to access. Thanks for being such a nice place to get refreshing drinks and treats!

I want to give this Dumfries Dunkin a shoutout for exceptional service today, 2/7/26. My friend and I were there for lunch and a warm place to wait to see the Monks’ March for Peace. I know Ive said it before, but Dunkin Donuts is a tried and true, dependable cup of delicious coffee. Each and every time. Now, I realize that it’s just coffee… but Ive had coffee at other places like mom n pop shops, gas stations, and even at a few roadside food trucks… there’s a LOT that can go wrong with coffee. But Dunkin Donuts has the same great taste Ive had since I was young(er) lol. And the various sandwiches they offer are ok in a pinch, but I don’t normally order them because that’s where they DO vary too much. From one restaurant to another Ive ordered a bagel sandwich and they’re all different. Get the Coffee.

The only redeeming quality in this place is that it is the closest to my kid’s schools that’s more choices… donuts AND ice-cream
Workers are always miserable, rude, lazy and annoyed to be working there.
Not the cleanest BR/DD, trash was overflowing, floor needed sweeping and Location could use a make-over or be more Hygienic

This location consistently sets and breaks its own records for the slowest service. This most recent time, I was in the drive thru line for 15 minutes, and during that time we didn’t move forward an inch. If your time and sanity matter to you, avoid this location.

I deliver from this place often. People are friendly but the store isn’t clean. Seem understaffed and are in a panic rush from just a couple of customers. The Ice cream has melted and refrozen a few times. The last time I went the ice cream had scoops of other flavors in each container. Obviously they use the same scoop for all and don’t clean it.

Horrible experience. Received an incorrect drink order. Employees were confused and unwilling to help customers. Waited nearly 20 minutes for my carry out order of 2 drinks and 2 bagels. Upon arriving home, both bagels were burnt black and had very little cream cheese even though I paid for extra spread. I regret visiting this Dunkin’ location and won’t be back. Don’t even bother sitting in the ridiculously long drive through or going inside. You’ll regret it.

The charge me for 4 hash brown when I ask for 1, I been waiting for my drink because the guy gave me the food says is coming soon but I noticed no-one was making drinks and I had to long wait for. they was talking each other. Is fine to have fun but don’t forget customers are priority and at least give apologies for the mistakes and don’t treat us like you don’t care.
