I am a huge fan of Mezeh grill but didn’t have a good experience with this store. This is the first time I’ve ever gone to this location on 2/15/2026.
I paid extra for double meat of the Honey Harissa Chicken and only received a half serving or just 1 serving. I paid for 2 servings of meat, not 1/2 + 1/2, but 1+1. There was barely any meat in my bowl. I didn’t see everything until I got home because that’s when I ate my food. Furthermore, the toppings were covering the meat, so it’s not something easy to see unless you remove the other toppings on top. The food is good but I didn’t receive what I paid extra for.
Disappointed with my experience as my food was around $20. I didn’t get the double portions of meat like I was supposed to. I kept calling the store to let them be aware of what happened but they do not answer the phone.

Had lunch at Mezeh in Gaithersburg, and I absolutely loved it! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and packed with so many great options that it’s easy to build the perfect bowl every time. Their ingredients taste super clean, the portions are generous, and everything is seasoned just right.
The staff is friendly and fast, even during the lunch rush, and the entire place is bright and welcoming. Whether you’re grabbing something quick or sitting down to enjoy a healthy meal, Mezeh never disappoints.
I love their food and will definitely keep coming back!

Mezeh has been one of my family’s favorite restaurants since 2020. The generous portions and wide variety of delicious, healthy vegetable toppings make it the best fast casual restaurant we’ve visited with the most topping options, including fantastic unique choices like caramelized eggplant. The falafel is the best I’ve ever tasted, the velvety hummus is superb, and the pita bread is fresh and fluffy. The falafel bowls are a perfect meatless meal for vegetarians, vegans, and Lent. The manager Mayra and the employees are always friendly, helpful, and efficient.

Staff felt a little aloof and off, but the food is good and tasted fresh. I like how it isn’t as salty as some other similar chains. But I would like if the portion sizes were a little better since it seems a bit little (at least for me and comparing to the photos of others here) or at least be consistent with all the bowls since these aren’t particularly that cheap either. The eggplant wasn’t something I would get again though. And their lemon sauce is very strong, so I advise getting that on the side and drizzle it very lightly on top. The other sauce I had was the tzatziki, which I preferred a little more. The Pita bread that it came with was good too.

I recently enjoyed a wonderful dine-in experience with a friend, at lunchtime on a weekday. Not too busy (they had plenty of business but it didn’t feel crammed and no one seemed to have to wait in a long line. The food and beverages were so fresh and delicious.

While a bit pricey for a takeout bowl meal, I really like Mezeh. So far, I’ve had it twice. The ingredients look and taste fresh and the quick timing for pickup works well for me. I like the choices. The chicken has good flavor, the pita is light and fluffy. There’s both indoor and outdoor seating. Outdoor is on the Crown’s square. Parking in the area is fine.

Amazing value. Very delicious and healthy food. The variety, the vegan options, and the very pleasant atmosphere make this one of our favorite restaurants. This is one of the best bang-for-your-buck restaurants in the area, in my opinion.

We shared an avocado Spicy Lamb bowl for lunch. The portion was decent. The ingredients were fresh. Overall a 3 out of 5. It isn’t bad but not good enough for a second visit.
The interior and furniture were dark. The chairs were oddly designed.
We were the only people eating here on Sunday at 12.30. we saw 3 more people come in to take out food. Maybe the location had something to do with it. It was the last unit on the strip, away from the main stretch of stores.

Good salad bowls with a complete halal menu. The chicken and the steak are both delicious. The toppings are also great. The employees are not as efficient as Cava but I like the bowls more than Cava.
