I wish I could say better about our experience, but I can only speak to what happened to us.
We had multiple waiters offer to take our order before all our party arrived, but once we were all seated no one came over for a very long time. No one took our drink order or brought silverware. We finally had a manager (?) come write our order on a notebook. He took another table’s order just after ours. He later came back to take our order again. Our drinks came out but the coffee carafe was low and not hot. The table who’s order was taken at the same time as ours finished eating by the time our food was served. My eggs Benedict egg didn’t run and the sauce was very cold. (They did microwave the container and sauce upon my request) There were no waffles available. Our order of a side of eggs was never put into the kitchen. Other diners seemed to be having regular experiences. I want to support this location but we usually don’t have a satisfactory time.

IHOP on Briarwood Dr.
I had an extremely disappointing experience with this location. I placed an order directly through the IHOP website and selected delivery, (which was handled by DoorDash) since I was at work and needed the convenience. The website showed an estimated delivery time of 11:19 a.m., but by 11:42 a.m. the order had still not arrived. I tried calling the restaurant more than ten times, and no one answered.
I then contacted DoorDash and was told that because the order was placed through IHOP’s website, only the restaurant could assist me. When the food finally arrived around 12:30 p.m., the order was incorrect. Several items were missing, and there was not a single container of syrup included, despite pancakes being the breakfast item that was ordered.
I went to the restaurant with a printed receipt to address the issue and was told I needed to log into my IHOP account to show proof of purchase, as the receipt was apparently not sufficient. The manager on duty was unwilling to help and made no effort to resolve the situation. She stated that a refund could not be issued because it was a DoorDash order, even though it was placed directly through the IHOP website.
This level of service was unacceptable. I will not be returning to this location, either in person or for takeout, and I would encourage others to consider a different IHOP to avoid the same frustration.

Unorganized would be a compliment. This was everything that’s not supposed to happen in a restaurant, happening in front of me like a train wreck. I couldn’t stop watching.

Do not go to this IHOP, please. I will just give my experience to you. My husband, my son, and I went in after church to have breakfast. We walked into about 5 tables in use, us being the sixth. We sat down to a nice lady who told us it was her first day, no big deal. We then proceeded to wait over 10 minutes to get our drink order, which then look over 5-10 minutes to even get our drinks (two waters and a kids apple juice, mind you). Our server did go ahead and take our order with our drinks since we had enough time at that point to decide. We noticed we had plastic to go silverware on our table, but we figured we would just ask for normal silverware later. They were out of the country fried steak, which he told us after our order, so my husband orders steak tips and eggs instead with a side of the country gravy. We wait for our food for probably over 25 minutes. I figured I would order a coffee by this time just after we order, and I never received it. We get our food after a long wait, and our food is cold. The server mentions he would bring our country gravy, he would just need to go grab it. That’s fine- except it takes him 10 minutes to grab it, so my husband didn’t want his already cold food getting any colder, so he just ate what he had. We had to ask another server for real silverware since he rushed off to get the country gravy and never came back, to which the other server replied that they didn’t have much of other silverware, which ones did we need. My husband just kind of looked at her and said, well I’m eating steak.. and she said, “Oh so you just need a knife.” I had to chime in at that point and go, “do you have a fork as well??” The table behind us piped up and says we can have theirs. So we thank them and then she still doesn’t even bring the knife.. The first server brings the gravy, and my husband laughs and says “don’t even worry about it now, you honestly took forever to grab it and our food was cold anyway, I just figured I would go ahead and eat since you were nowhere to be found.” The server then asks if we wanted to take the gravy to go TO GO WITH WHAT? It was pretty laughable at how bad this service was, but we said no, just don’t charge us for it. We finished eating and never got checked on through the whole thing other than him getting the country gravy late to which we asked if they had other syrups like they usually do, since they were not on the table. No extra napkins as well. He had to bring us a cup of blueberry syrup to which he brought an entire fruit cup full of. And since he never came back in a decent amount of time, we couldn’t even ask for anymore of the bottomless pancakes they had to offer.. and I’m pretty upset at this point, wondering how long it will take to even ask for the check. He finally comes back after 30-40 minutes to ask if we needed anything and I just asked for the check then. No refills were done, no check ups, just awful service. He waits for us the pull out our card, thank god, because who knows if he would’ve came back to get our bill, and then proceeds to take other orders and give our card to I’m assuming was the manager. The manager did not run our card immediately and went to the back to do something before finally returning to run our card 5 minutes later… and THEN GOES TO THE WRONG TABLE BEHIND US TRYING TO GIVE THEM OUR CARD. Crazy, honestly so crazy. I will never go back and I want to warn anyone going- they weren’t even that busy. It was maybe 12 tables and 5 people working plus the manager by the end of our visit. Stay far away.

Wanted breakfast so we went to IHOP. Food was good. Service was okay. Although our waitress was friendly and courteous, she was very busy and they appeared to be understaffed. The atmosphere was noisy at times.

If I could give 0 stars I would! From the host, the waitress, THE MANAGER, the food, EVERYTHING WAS HORRIBLE! We waited 20 plus minutes for our food, the food was cold once it arrived to the table, the pancakes were not fully cooked, the French toast looked like butter bread(uncooked) my husband ordered turkey bacon they sent regular bacon, literally she dropped the food off and walked off before we could even tell her the food was incorrect. We asked for a manager to come to the table the manager NEVER CAME! We waited 10 minutes and she was just walking around the restaurant. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE DO NOT RECOMMEND!

This place has roaches everywhere. Absolutely disgusting. We didn’t spot the first roach until after we had our food. It just casually walked on to the top and started browsing for scraps. Notified the waitress and she just laughed. How can you be proud to work at a place like this. Spotted 2 crawling on the booth seats and the neighboring table. Now I have to shake down my clothes.

The restaurant was dirty. The staff was polite and friendly. The food was hot and made to order. However, I couldn’t get over how unclean the restaurant was. Someone had attempted to sweep & had given up because the broom & dust pan along with a pile of trash & debris was left in the middle of the floor. The table and booth was not clean either. The staged coffee holder was even dirty. I genuinely hope the kitchen area was clean and did not reflect the same fate as the dinning area. I’ve included photos.
