(Drive thru) Person at the window, if you are going to mock or make faces at a customer, at least don’t do it in front of the glass window. If my order was made incorrectly, who are you to have a problem with making my order the right way? Girl with the bun, don’t get caught up in your coworkers’ foolishness and I guess y’all forgot, names are on the receipts.. I didn’t trust the remade shake so I threw it away…

2/24/2026 @ 12:14p – Ordered the $7 meal deal and simply asked to swap chocolate syrup for M&M pieces—something I’ve done at other locations with no issue but this location tried to charge an extra $1. It doesn’t make sense to upcharge for a basic substitution of similar ingredients. The manager’s attitude is nasty, it’s clear she hates her job.

Customer service from Management was terrible. I order ice cream cakes every year for various birthdays and for some reason this location in Florissant charges more money for the same cakes than other locations that are nearby. Plus they put less toppings on them after charging MORE MONEY for the same type of cake. I asked if they were aware that their cakes are more expensive than other local DQs and was told, “Yes but it is what it is.” Customer service is out the window plus they are ripping people off knowingly.

The service here was excellent, and what’s it out was a very handsome employee working when I went in. He handled orders quickly, kept a great attitude, all while looking like he stepped out of a movie scene when he handed me my Blizzard. He’s kinda tall too. I hope to see more from this location.

I ordered a personalized cake for my baby sister’s birthday last week. Picked up the cake and got home for it to be tiny pieces of black hair in the icing. I took the cake back and the staff acted as if they didn’t care and told me the policy was that once I paid for the cake there were no refunds. I understand the policy but there were hairs in the cake and my sisters have a birthday party with a cake with hairs in it! They were able to exchange it for an already made cake but I was hesitant as there were hairs in the previous cake. At this point I have no choice because my sisters are without a cake. The hygiene and professionalism of this establishment needs to be addressed. There should be no reason that there is hairs in anyone’s food. I have tried to call this establishment many times but no answer and even written to corporate with no response. My sister’s personalized experience was ruined due to the employees neglecting their personal hygiene requirements for work. I would not recommend anyone eat at this restaurant because you might find a hair in your food too.

Waited for almost 30 minutes to get two small blizzards. While waiting, I noticed a large “Blizzards of the Month” sign over the counter, with large letters at the bottom proclaiming “served upside down or the next one’s free.” When the blizzards finally came, the counter person dumped them in a sack and handed them to me. When I mentioned the sign, the shift manager, who was standing nearby, said “oh, we don’t do that here.” I then asked why the sign was up if they didn’t. She blamed it on COVID and then ignored me. She was flippant, if not downright rude. The counter girl mentioned that I was the third person to question that sign. Turning a blizzard upside down is a DQ signature move, and it’s ridiculous to blame COVID for not doing it. If you’re not going to follow an advertised policy, take the sign down.

In the drive-thru. The line was moving and grooving. The dogs and myself got to the window to pay. Very pleasant and friendly awaited me there. I had my 2 rescue dogs and the assistant manager and another worker with a crisp hairstyle noticed them. I did not know you all did pup cups for the dogs. They immediately made both my dogs one and asked their names. My food out quick, hot and my fries had some salt on them. I have not had good service like that in awhile in N.County. We will start going to DQ more from here on out. The worker’s that were on that shift last night were rock star’s!

Great food! Great dessert! Great service! (The lady at the counter was extremely patient and helpful while my wife changed her mind about 6 times!)
Then the owner stopped by our table to check on us to see how we were doing and he chatted with us for a few minutes. Very friendly!
I give this place my highest rating!

A little slow on the service, 2nd visit same experience. Seemed like the recipe for the shakes changed Yuck! So I went with my 2nd favorite. A misty drink, this is called, “poolside twisty something” too many words to remember at this age. But again something changed with this as well. The consistency was smooth. From what I remember, it was like crushed ice, but in a million tiny pieces. Well, it served it’s purpose! I wanted something to refresh me and that it did.
