The bartender gave excellent recommendations, and the overall branding and presentation truly stood out as the star of the show. It’s more than just dinner, it’s a full experience packed with energy and fun.
I’ve been several times, and each visit has been consistently excellent. It’s not your typical dining spot, and that’s a very good thing. The food is fresh and delicious, prepared while you sip a cocktail and enjoy time with friends and family. It’s truly an amazing and memorable place to dine.

Absolutely loved this restaurant! You have beautiful, live singing as a backdrop to your amazing meal. The food was delish! Every single employee from wait staff to bussers smiled at you when they walked by. If our toddler dropped anything there wasnt one employee who would walk by without picking it up. And the service we received by Destiny was the icing on the cake. She was so sweet, kind, attentive and helped make this the nest experience!!!! We will not only be back, but will recommend this establishment to everyone!!!

Went here Last night, Super Bowl Sunday. I think the Hicksville location is much better as far as food quality. We Always get family style with seafood and wine. However this time it seems the quality has diminished. yet they offer more. No more artichokes replaced with tasteless stuffed mushrooms and cheap baked clams. The main course they added some cheap rigatoni.
My grilled octopus was charred to the point I had to ask for a new one. The lamb chops were smaller than usual. They threw away our leftovers. Which they did the right thing and whipped us up a new order to go. Note to management and owner. It’s not always about quantity focus on quality. Going to take a break from this place for a while. The waitress was friendly I felt bad the place was so dead I tipped her 40%. Yet was very disappointed.

Easy to see right off of Vanderbilt Motor Parkway servicing Hauppauge and the adjoining areas of Suffolk County. Plenty of parking and a wheelchair accessible entrance. Clean facilities. Public Restrooms. Outdoor seating. Reasonably priced. Credit cards accepted. Nice staff. It seems that everyone in this restaurant is celebrating their Birthday. They play a special song and the crowd waves their napkin in the air. A nice long bar with televisions everywhere. The food is typical Italian family style cuisine. Some better than others. Very loud and festive inside. So if you’re looking for a quiet evening out, then this place is not for you. It’s like being at an Italian Wedding. Came for dinner on a Saturday night and waited almost an hour and a half for a table. Our Hostess/Manager (Maria who is awesome) apologized and gave us a substantial gift card for next time. We will definitely be going back.

AMAZING restaurant! Just had a birthday party here; the food and staff were excellent! All the staff works very hard to make everything perfect. The DJ Dominic played music for all to enjoy. We had soo much fun here! Everyone had a blast!

I have been to several group events at Patrizia’s. Fun atmosphere for group celebrations. The evening starts out strong with plenty of appetizers and pitchers of soda and wine. The servers work very hard and the DJ was excellent. Be advised, each visit, the entrees were served three hours after the seating time. Several people in our group had to leave before the food and dessert came out. Centrally located, nicely decorated, can be loud.

Not sure what’s going on at this location but customer service has tanked. I used to regularly order from here but the ladies at the front counter are quite rude. I called to ask some very basic questions about the menu and they couldn’t be bothered, mumbling half assed answers. Anyways when you call, there is a ringtone, some music, and then very obviously someone hangs up and declines even though I am waiting to be connected. Owners need to check in.

Food is great, large portions and quite tasty. However, the service needs a lot of work.
Both times (once for lunch and once dinner on weekdays) I’ve picked up orders late, at least 20 minutes after the 25 min pick up time, and both times I had to wait another 20+ minutes for the orders, which really ticked off my partner.
Both times we were hardly visited by employees, who just watched us stand uncomfortably by the front door.
During dinner hours I would understand a bit more, but it was practically empty during lunch. I’d stick with just dining in if you have the chance, because the food really is good.

The New Year’s Eve celebration was utter chaos! We waited for over 1 hour to be seated. They were definitely over crowded and seemed willing to compromise quality for volume.
This was my first visit to this restaurant and we obviously picked a very bad day to start.
Will be more careful if there is ever is a next time.
