My order was given to another customer and then whereupon the remake of said order a pacific item i asked to be placed on the order due a bad reaction towards it was in my food which I had already started eating. Now mind you I remain cool relax until I brought the not order item back up to the counter which when I simply asked for another shake which I ordered with my food. I was told it’ll be $4.10. I stated after my original order was given to another customer and then the remake of my order.An item that I specifically asked not to be placed on my food was on my food i feel compensation of a Medium shake would be well deserved after all of the inconvenience aquiry my order. I usually come and dine here when I work off once a week, not anymore service actually kinda bad plus honestly shakes are to watery anyway I was just being lazy instead of going to my usual DQ in Mesquite off Gross road it’s much much better quality than this place.

Didn’t have to wait long to order. My food was hot and fresh! My fries were super crispy on the outside and soft in the middle . My chicken tenders were hot crispy and juicy. it was just a simple meal, but the experience made it amazing. Thank you ladies that were there working December 19th around 8 or 9ish.

Ordered via thru and order not correct but didn’t notice till I got home. When I called to have iss corrected there was no manager and they wanted me to drive all the way back right then or there was nothing they could do. I drove back and got ref instead. Customer service is terrible! DQ do better! I’ll NEVER go back to that location! I’ll be calling back tomorrow to speak to a supervisor or manager in charge and will also be calling corporate!

I always enjoy this location, Food is consistently good. Tacos, burgers, chicken. They all come out good. Nice folks here. Old style DQ atmosphere (which I really enjoy).

This was honestly one of the worst meals I’ve ever had at a Dairy Queen. The lady who seemed to be the manager was gruff and rude, both to us and to other customers. I actually heard her on the drive-thru speaker being short and unfriendly with people. Maybe that’s just her personality, but it made the whole experience unpleasant.
Now, about the burger. The burger was absolutely terrible. I go to Dairy Queen all the time back home in Mesquite, and the burgers there are always great. This one looked like they had boiled the meat. It had no flavor at all and didn’t even look like real beef. It was so bad that if I hadn’t been there with someone, I probably would’ve just thrown it away and left.
The food was bad, the service was rude, and the whole visit was disappointing. At least if you’re going to serve a bad burger, you should be friendly about it. If the food’s great, I can overlook a little attitude, but being rude and giving me a terrible burger? That’s a deal breaker.

Very unorganized, whoever works night shift. I was waiting for my food for about an hour. I asked for a large jalito for my side, and they robbed me and gave me a small. Also, they almost forgot my cheesecake blizzards. I asked for no strawberries in my blizzard, and they still put strawberries more than they put cheesecake in it. I’m irritated right now.

Food was cold young lady behind the counter rolled her eyes when taking are order because she was asked for the drink cups we paid for! Taco’s where soggy ice cream was melted! All that said I have been to this location in the past and the food and service was great!

This location was great. Food was very hot fries burned our fingers just the way it should when fresh out of the fryer, blizzards thick & creamy perfect size portion. Had the crispy chicken sandwich was fresh tasting extremely hot crunch yet moist. The while staff was kind & understanding about my elderly mother who won’t eat unless the food is extremely hot they hot the mark in every way. I did find out that this location actually makes their own taco shells thats a treat in its self. If you have to decide which location to choose from this is your spot you won’t be disappointed. As for the rating due to how well mannered & understanding the staff was if I could give 10 stars I would! Very respectable young women & men which is very rare for their generation.

I would give this a 0 star but I can’t. I had to wait over 20 minutes to get my food. And as soon as it came out the server gave my food to another car (that knew it wasn’t her food) I saw her eat my food and licking her fingers. When the server walked by I said where is my food. He went back to the other car and took my food out of her car and give it to me and tried to tell me (she didn’t eat any of your food just opened it) I told him don’t even worry about it yall about to make me late to work, just refund my money.
