The service was awful. The order was incorrect. I went inside to get it fixed. It was still wrong. Then we went back to the drive thru. They tried to fix the order but strike 3. Now they replaced the double stacks with single stacks lol. Avoid this location as it seems they do this in purpose. 1. Biggie Bags with bacon double stacks plain. They first give us fully dressed double stacks and short us 1 medium size fry. Then on the first fix it’s now a 1 party burger. Then it’s just wrong again and again plus no manager on duty

My family and I just got off from a long night of work. Decide to stop by for breakfast here at Wendy’s. We went through the drive thru and ordered our 4 combo breakfast meals. As we were ordering the person on the intercom kept saying is that it in a rush tone. Which there was no one else in the drive thru at the time. We then pulled up to the window we asked if we could add one small item since we felt rushed before we pay.They said no you will have to go back though the drive thru again. As we said okay no problem we had two sweet teas from the first order which was no sweetness to it. So we place the second order and when we pulled to the window again we told the lady that the two sweet teas she gave use which we paid for was not sweet at all. We asked her if she can take the teas and give us two cokes instead. She said you can just pull up and come in and fix it your self. We told her we would not that’s why we came through the drive thru. She hesitated at first and said it again. We told her no we will not do that. Then she decided to hand us our two cokes. I was very disappointed in how the employee treated us at that time. She has no respect in us ordering our food and also treated us the way she did when it was there doing with there sweet teas that was actually unsweetened!

The attendant did not about products ingredients and did not seek to find out. She was pretty matter of fact like in her response…straight no chaser…she didn’t know. I appreciated the honesty , but ask the manager that was near the window.

Terrible, the whole place has grease on everything and all over the floor, workers wear no gloves or hairnets, they didnt even take my order through a machine they just took my money and put it in her pocket and gave me 2 dollars back. And food was old and tasted like it’s been sitting for a couple hours. It also smelt like weed in the place I will never eat there or Wendy’s again terrible.

How does a place that serves breakfast RUN OUT OF COFFEE??? Frequently! Also, ice, and jelly. Who allows that to happen. Mismanagement…
This is what the restaurant looked like in the morning (see photos). The only thing positive I can say about the restaurant this day is that the restroom was CLEANER than the dining room! The staff at night, especially the younger ones, do not wear gloves when handling your food or food containers. I saw one guy come from cleaning the bathroom go directly to the fries and began scooping them into containers for customers. Floor not mopped or swept, tables not cleaned, trash everywhere I turned.
There’s one photo from BEHIND the counter. Let’s not even go there…
They need to hire people who actually WORK. It’s only on the night shift. During the day, for the most part, at least the dining room is satisfactory. Go see for yourself…or NOT!

I just bought a sausage croissant with no egg/ cheese on my way to work. Unfortunately due to running late I did not check my bag. The croissant had both egg and cheese. Had to throw it away.
