Positive experience here. Not much to say. Everything was as we expected from Taco bell, fast enough and served fine. Dining area was clean and bright with two ordering kiosks. A Fontaine drinks station let you refill while you dine in. Accessible parking and entrance as well as drive thru were available.

I stopped by the Mount Vernon, WA Taco Bell yesterday afternoon and had a really solid experience. Ordered a couple of burritos (they were tasty and hit the spot) and a medium Dr Pepper. I took advantage of the 2–5 p.m. discount, which was nice, and also got 51% cash back (up to $10) through the Upside app—always love saving a few bucks.
The staff was lively, kind, and super friendly. Service was quick and everything came out hot and fresh. What really stood out was the manager (or owner?) walking in with a box and personally handing out little gifts to every employee right in front of me—it was a really thoughtful touch and made the whole place feel warm and positive.
Definitely a great quick stop. Solid food, great service, and a little holiday spirit. Will be back!

This is the best Taco Bell location! Probably eat here more than I should, they are so consistent. I order through the app every time, and pickup in drive thru. Modifications to food are correct every time and they service is great. Every employee seems happy to be there and is very kind.

Came to this tacobell on a Wednesday night around midnight, and was given excellent customer service through the drive through by Maribel. Thank you so much for your kinda hospitality, you represent this location greatly! As for the food, as i said before we used the drive through and upon coming home all of the food ordered was there fresh and hot. Thank you for the continued excellent service to this community!

I’m giving this 4 stars for service because the person helping us was lovely: patient, helpful, and friendly. I would give it a 1-star review for the mandatory screens you have to order on (the one lady staffing the front walked me through the initial start to order and another person right after me through the entire order.) Despite spending significant time to input my order it was still entered incorrectly with extra beans added and an extra beef taco. ALSO, when you order it looks like from the picture the sour cream will be on the side (it’s not) and when you ask for hot sauce at the end it appears it will be added whole in the packet (according to my children it was on their taco-they didn’t like it-and none was in the bag.) I despised the whole process. To use the bathroom I of course had to wait to get the same one person’s attention (who simultaneously has to help the drive through and the customer following me.) Last but definitely not least someone has decided to pull out all of the benches (comfy and cozier) and replace them with uncomfortable seats and high stools and the floor was dirty, the table tops needed wiping and the bathroom had strange pink stuff scattered all over the floor. The music felt like I should be in a club (with my young children) instead of a restaurant. The saving grace was the lovely and personable young lady helping us all (and the fast work of the young men in back getting the food churned out.) The decor was as far from the heritage of tacos as you can get…..cold (black and wait) and unpleasant like the seats….

You know what you’re getting, it’s taco bell 🙂 Lots of cheap options, most stuff isn’t healthy but there are healthier options. If you customize your order by specifying no lettuce, they always make sure not to add a handful of lettuce or whatever, but there’s always a little lettuce mixed in with the ground beef anyway. I assume its just from stray lettuce falling into the beef container when adding lettuce to other orders, but it’s always there. It’s super cheap and delicious tho, so it’s whatever. If you order stuff the way it comes, then it’s always delicious and consistent. If you or your kids are picky eaters, I recommend ordering the chicken quesadilla, or 3 cheese chicken Flatbread off the value menu, as chicken almost never has lettuce and tomato stuck to it, and by default there are no veggies on it. Overall, great place to eat! Cheap, fast, and delicious.
