This Wendy’s location is a disaster. Went in on a Saturday afternoon to place an order of chili . I was called to the register and refunded . I was told they didn’t have any chili and did not plan to make any . This was in the afternoon on Saturday.
I went in the very next day , placed my order and while I was waiting some employees that were obviously off the clock and not working came in just to hang out and talk with the manager and other employees. They had a small child with them and they were extremely loud and using profanity. I tried to ignore the best I could however when they put the toddler in only a diaper on the counter where the food is served I just walked out . They can keep my money. I do not want to eat there . The most concerning thing about this was the manager was right there talking to them allowing this to happen . I can’t imagine what else they do that customers don’t know about . This place is gross . Find another Wendy’s because this one is not run well or at all . The manager has lost complete control trying to be a friend to their employees instead of a manager . The health department needs to be called on this as a dirty diaper on a food counter is extremely dangerous.

My husband went this morning to get me a bacon egg and cheese English muffin and when he got home it was a croissant. This is not the first time they’ve messed up our order because the woman working in the drive thru was too busy talking to everyone else BUT the customer. This seriously is getting out of hand, and by looking at other reviews, is pretty common.

We ordered Wendy’s delivery with Door Dash , that part of the meal was great. Very fast delivery. Wendy’s Chicken nuggets have shrunk severely! Chicken sandwich has also badly SHRUNK!! Don’t even get me started on the fries , they are almost all 1 to 2 inches long! Very disappointing!!!!

Joined the app and ordered my free 10 pc nuggets and diet cherry coke. The drive thru had about six cars in front of me and they kept it moving! My order was fresh, correct and really enjoyed my diet cherry coke and the young lady working the speaker/window is nice!
