So disappointing, I feel like money wasted and time. I was first in the drive thru,no customers ahead of me. Placed my order,had it read back to me to confirm. Then had to pull forward as I was told they were waiting on the Quarter pounder with cheese deluxe. Waited awhile then received the order as I started to pull away I noticed that the order was a fish filet and another sandwich I did not order. It was missing 4 of the 6 items I had ordered. Waited again for the right order. Got home to have watered down drinks from waiting. A deluxe tag on on the quarter pounder ,only to find a dry sad cold quarter pounder NOT even a deluxe. Done with fast food honestly not worth it

My family and I were visiting from out of town and decided to stop by for lunch/dinner. I was pleasantly surprised to see a McDonald’s play place inside! Our kids had a blast for their 1st play session at McDonald’s. It definitely brought back sweet memories when I played as a kid in the 90’s. The two women handling the cash register inside were very pleasant. One employee was being trained at the register. Both ladies made sure to keep us updated on our order since it was rush hour and went the extra mile to provide great customer service! Our order was accurate and fresh! I hope the two ladies can get a bonus or raise for their great customerservice skills. This took place on August 9, 2025 around late lunch/dinner.

Did not eat here this time. Only visited the play place. The play place was nice and staff came in to check on trash and take the trays back. The bathrooms were nicer and better then most fast food restrooms. I wish they had the wipes stocked and more hand sanitizer stations, maybe lower for the kids.

Placed a mobile order at 10:48pm. Showed up and waited at the drive thru for several minutes for no one to answer and shut everything off. I pulled up to the window to let them know I placed a mobile order. Two girls working looked at me and laughed when I was calling the restaurant to inform them I had an order and they didn’t answer the drive thru BEFORE 11. Proceeds to answer the phone and talk to each other saying “I’m not answering this call” and hung up on me. Very unprofessional. Sucks that this happened considering I live down the street and is the closest one near me.

I go here for a Large caramel frappe, no whipped cream, add three extra shots of espresso and it costs between $5 and $6 dollars. This is generally cheaper than the other “coffee competitors” in the area. When ordered without the extra espresso the frappe isn’t espresso forward enough for me. The staff are generally very nice. I give four out of five stars because—

I asked for napkins while picking up my order, as the McFlurry I was getting had ice cream spilling out. Instead of assisting me, the server closed the window and turned to a guy beside her, laughing as she said, “You know what she said?” I sat there, confused, wondering if she would give me my order. After a moment, she slowly reopened the window, still laughing. Her behavior felt really unkind, and I don’t understand why she acted that way. I asked for the napkins again, and she reluctantly handed them to me along with my order. Additionally, I have an accent, and I felt discriminated against by an African American adolescent. My heart broke a little at experiencing that microaggression.
