Waited over 30 mins for my order and it never came so I requested a refund that also took what felt forever. When they brought out my receipt for the refund they brought me out my order and said I can have it anyways and it was wrong even after them having all that time to make sure it was right. Not sure who runs this location but they have some idiots who work there. I love sonic but recommend going to another location

I would agree with the 4.3 rating. The employees are excellent, the food is good, my order is perfect, however. I took one star off because it took about 5-8 minutes after i press the red button for them to take my order. It even said “Red Button Activated” I had to press the red button again to be sure which made it strobe for a bit then they answered me.
The food came fast and ordering is also great especially if you have a foreign accent.
The accuracy of my order is 100%

Ordered a large custom drink almost $4.00 2 sips it’s empty nothing but ice, friend gets a ocean water moderate ice still drinking there’s i guess the custom drink menu is scam.

Worst experience, I ordered two Coney one with the fries and drink, the other w/o so I push the red button and asked the lady if she could send ketchup out with my order, and she added $4.95 , now I already paid for my order at this point and left the girl a $2 tip and she brought out some chili cheese tots I Never accepted and was trying to get me to pay for it, I refused and told her she better go rewind and listen I Didn’t order it, never going back! 20 bucks and wanted 5 more lol Not!!
