I have never eaten at sonic but this place makes me never want to. I have had 2 door dash orders to this sonic and each time was terrible. Long wait times, rude employees. The first time I waited 20 minutes for their order and the lady was extremely rude. The second time was even worse. The same rude lady was there and we waited a long time for them to even come on the speaker. And then after that we waited nearly an hour for the orders. Which was just milkshakes and a chicken wrap. And upon receiving the orders they forgot one of the milkshakes and when I told the lady she rolled her eyes. This place has the worst service I’ve ever seen. I will never come here again.

ordered online. said est prepared time is 5 mins. headed to store and got there within 5 mins. expected to have to wait maybe a few mins over but when i pulled up only 1 car was in the stalls. still had to wait 30 mintues!! before even greeted with a cold “how can i help you” like it was a call center….. do better.

Public Service Announcement! This has got to be the worst Sonic I have ever been to. Not only did they have mobile ordering disabled. I stood and watch the entire building ignore the telephone ringing, while I was in front of their store. Customer service here is evidently non existent. I dare say that this is my last time visiting this location. I will gladly go where I will be appreciated as a customer. Beware everyone, you have been warned.

The service at this Sonic is absolutely horrid! We stopped in for a snack…an order of tater tots and an order of onion rings. We waited, and waited, and waited. 40 min we waited and still no food! We tried getting an update through the speaker but no one would even respond to us after we pushed the button. My husband had a Dr appt at the VA, and the extended wait time was causing him to run late. So we had to leave without our food! There is no excuse for making people wait 45 min for a 2 item order and not even give them an update on how long it would be for the order to arrive! I even had a nice tip out and ready to give our server. I’ll never go to that location again!

The slowest restaurant experience. I’ve been here multiple times, at different times of day, and the slow service never improves. I just sat at a car kiosk for 30 minutes (no exaggeration) waiting on my order of…. 2 blasts.

Decent Sonics here. Wait time was a little slow at about 20 minutes for fast food. We were kinda wishing we had just went somewhere else by the time the food finally got there. They forgot to give us marinara sauce for the cheese sticks and had to make another special trip for ketchup. Despite thinking they were cooking the food fresh it was actually a little soggy and not hot..

This place is an absolute joke! You wait forever no matter what you order, the food is never right, and the attitude is just awful. I ordered two drinks on the app for happy hour and I sat in the stall for over an hour waiting for two drinks no food I even checked in to make sure they didn’t forget and when the drinks came out after an hour they were watered down with no ice in them. I ordered door dash through them a few weeks ago I ordered a breakfast burrito with mozzarella sticks and a large drink, it took them 45 minutes to even complete the order and when I received my food it was a cheese burger with onion rings. The onion rings tasted like they had been fried in the same oil as something sweet they were awful. The recipe from that day had my original order on it so it was not the dasher picking up the wrong bag. A few days ago I tried again because I really want this burrito but I decided to make it a simple order and just order the burrito and tots I wait over an hour and the order finally arrived. I got someone’s $40.00 order instead of my $10.00 order I’m not sure if this was the dashers fault or not but with everything else that’s happened I’m assuming it’s Sonic’s fault. So still really wanting this burrito I go myself today at 8:00am I sit in the stall for a good 15 minutes and no one has even come over the speaker to take my order so I mash the button again and another 15 minutes goes but still no answer so I push the button again and finally about 10 minutes later someone finally asked to take my order. I would understand and cut some slack if they are busy and have other customers…. I’m the only one there. So when she finally asked to take my order I order just the burrito no drink no side nothing, she tells me it’s going to be over 20 minutes before it is ready they open at 6:00 am and I’m there at 8:00 so I ask her why it’s going to take 20 minutes to get the order and she then tells me “ don’t come at her with that kind of attitude” so I respond with “yall are awful at customer service” and drive off still no burrito. To say this place is a joke is an understatement. They have been awful for years!

Absolutely the worst sonic I have ever been to. Only 2 cars on the property. Pushed to order and lady was visiting with the people next to me. Said she couldn’t here me and would be with me in a minute. We drove off and didn’t give her a chance. Don’t go to this sonic unless you know her and just want to visit.

Was picking up for Doordash and being dasher are on time limits, was very slow and wasn’t a priority especially being food is paid for ahead of time and not like those just pulling in. Should have a separate system for the Call/pay ahead customer
