On a bitterly cold Saturday night around 2230, my order for 2 double quarter pounders was taken in the drive through. As it was close to closing time, there was a slight delay for my food to cook, but it arrived quickly AND ACCURATELY! Hats off to the workers who were there in very cold weather!

Cashier couldn’t get order rite. I had to repeat it to her twice. Once I got my order. No napkins and cold fries and cold burger and fish sandwich. Not good at all. Sandwich was thrown together with cheese hanging all off.

All I ordered was a cup of coffee and I wasn’t satisfied.. first thing I noticed was how light my cup felt.. even though it was a small coffee, still… I called back to the restaurant and spoke with the manager she said well they’re suppose to fill it to the line, i replied well it doesn’t feel like it to the line and what do you know, I was right.. I rarely go to this McDonald’s because of the poor customer service.
Yesterday I was shocked and surprised. The young lady was extremely pleasant and friendly. She greeted me, and requested my order. I was speechless, this was so different than the usual encounter. I told her she is doing a great job, and keep it up.
I asked for the manager. A woman was at the pickup window with another worker.
I told her about a previous visit, and the very poor customer service. I didn’t order and left.
She asked the time of day I had been there before. She appeared genuinely concerned.
I told her this morning was great customer service and how much I appreciated the staff being conscious of how they served customers. Great job morning staff!!!

This was my morning experience which I discovered as I arrived at work today. This should have been thrown in the trash rather than given to a customer through the drive-through window. I have noticed that this isn’t the first time. Is this a disgruntled employee trying to close this location of McDonalds or is it someone who doesn’t like the morning shift? I wish they wouldn’t take it out on the customers. I’m done with McDonalds.

I was in drive thru for 30 min for a 2 dollar biscuit they are very slow unprofessional they let a soccer mom in n a mini van sit at window for over 20 min instead of pulling her up I just drove off if u don’t have anything to do and got all day then this is the place but I won’t b back here
