Downgraded to 1 star!! This location is consistently incompetent . Fries were old yet……..again. And it was understaffed. $2.99 for a single sausage burrito?? They used to be .99 cents……….. and waited 10 minutes in the curbside pickup 2 nights ago.

Filthy, young kids not keeping it clean. Dirt on the floor, no hair nets. Dont know the products, give you the one drink . Cannot get it correct and says, (oh well) closes the window and walks away. Kids cracking jokes, jumping and goofing around. I want even give my dogs any of the food. Especially when it hit the floor. And placed in the bun. Gross

Takes forever for the food to come out. My family ordered food, it took 25 more minutes for my one family member to get their food compared to everyone else, AND forgot their chicken samdwich. Screwed up my husband’s burger, took 20 minutes to get a replacement. Workers have a dont care attitude. This place is absolutely terrible anymore. Get your shit together.

Almost $8 for a latte and a hash brown. The hash brown was nearly $3 by itself, and the “latte” was just a sugary cup of slop that barely resembled coffee.
I genuinely felt like a sucker walking out. This is a perfect snapshot of modern degradation — overpriced, low quality, slow, careless, and somehow still indifferent about it. Every level of the experience was awful: price, product, and execution.

We ordered nuggets and not only did we have to wait forever to get them, but they were lukewarm, slimey on the inside, and we’re full of tendons and other hard bits. One occasionally is expected, it is meat, but every single one has them. Now me and one other person who also tried to eat them once we got home is sick, and thinking about the whole experience makes me nauseous. Never coming back here again

I’ve never been to a fast food place that no matter what your order is, every single time, small to big, even placing orders a half hour in advance on the app, you will go and they will say, pull up and park to the left or right and we will bring your food out. What the point of ordering on the app if you still have to wait 15 mins. And how is it even possible you make someone pull up and wait on a single cheeseburger. The place is a joke

The fries are always too salty unless you go inside and ask for light or no salt and watch them make it. There is no reason to pour in the salt. And they don’t fill the fry boxes so a large is really medium. Usually breakfast is good but I got a charcoal sandwich instead and the hash brown was almost raw. I might be done with this place. How do you not notice burnt bread and yet send it out anyway? The minced onions are almost always burnt too.

Stopped in today 6-13-22 at 12:46pm to get something quick to eat. Ordered a few Mcdoubles and fries. The burgers were so salty they were crunchy when I bit into them. It was so bad that salt was all I could taste. I looked inside the burger and you could see salt all over it. Food at this place is usually edible and good enough when I’m in a hurry. The food isn’t always fresh tasting and you might not get what you ordered, but edible. That is the only reason I’m giving 2 stars.

Completely messed up our $60 order…rude service inside…we were trying to make it convenient for the employees by going through the drive through since we have three kids in the back that all have autism…honestly feel like she intentionally messed up the order and didnt put any sauce in for the extremely dry and old chicken nuggets…
