My friends told me I needed to try this place and it didn’t disappoint. You order at the desk when you arrive then they bring you the food. The regular sopapilla hit the spot and filled me up! The nachos were also delicious. This feels like a nice throwback restaurant and I really enjoyed the experience.

Phenomenal. This was my first time having a sopaipilla and now I’m addicted. My go to order is the large beef and cheese sopaipilla with a small side of sour cream. It comes with lettuce and red sauce is at the table.

OK, but not great and doesn’t include the traditional items I expect at a Mexican restaurant. Didn’t include chips & salsa or beans & rice.

Love their Sopapillas! You can’t find anything like it anywhere else. Restaurant is clean and nicely decorated. Food is delicious. There is self serve pop which I prefer! And their homemade salsa is one of my favorites. It’s not too spicy. ( I’m not a huge spicy fan though)

Went inside to place an order to go. Ordered a beef, bean and cheese soapapilla with sour cream ($1.25 extra) and green and red sauce. They tried to charge me $3.25 for green sauce! I didn’t want green chilies, just some green sauce…they bring squirt bottles of green and red sauce to the tables, for free! I tried to explain this to the employee at the counter and even pointed to multiple tables using the green sauce. The employee didn’t seem to care and said it was $3.25. I said forget the green sauce.
The food was good, as usual, but they have a lot of nerve to try to charge $3.25 for a couple of squirts of (free) green sauce.
Maybe educate your employees a little bit about trying to charge for a free condiment!

I stopped here on a Saturday evening. It was quite busy but there were still a couple tables open. I ordered and paid at the counter and the food came about 10 minutes later. It was hot and fresh. I would recommend this place and would return.

Was very disappointed in the food. I used to like them. Ordered a large beef and cheese with extra lettuce and two sour creams. Got home had no tomatoes. The worker even checked it before she handed it to me. Called and they said I could come back in for tomatoes, but was already home (didn’t even offer a replacement meal). The food itself wasn’t very good. When paying almost $16 for my food I would think they would make it right. I will not be going back and will not recommend it to anyone. They have went down hill.

I ordered a 1 large sopapilla and 1 extra large sopapilla and they are pretty much the same size. I also ordered some nachos that cost five dollars and were burnt tortilla chips, cheese barely melted and very little jalapeno at all and a portion that is laughable for the price and I was charged for sour cream I did not get, then the manager tells me i have to drive all the food back to him today to get a refund or replacement. All together the experience and food was bad and definitely not worth the prices of twenty five dollars for the small meal

I left Ohio and came back to visit after several years. This place is just as great as the last time. Nothing changed after all these years. The best tasting food in the county.

This is the food that we had left over. It was terrible. There was no flavor whatsoever. The cheese inside was not melted and it was just American cheddar cheese the worst s
o called Mexican food I’ve ever had in my life and I love Mexican. We tried to eat it because we don’t like to waste but ended up going to White Castle to get some food Just sad. I don’t know how people call this Mexican food or any food for that matter. It was trash I don’t even think they use salt and pepper. Literally no taste or flavor
