It was me and 2 customers in line. The staff gave us their backs 3 of them, they would rather prioritize food deliveries whereas the driver is not there nor is the customer but me the dine in customer is there and is expected to wait 5-10 minutes to get served. This is unacceptable, I won’t be coming here to wait like a dog, the rest may but I won’t. I would recommend the one off Mesa by UTEP their staff pay the MOST attention to you.

Having to wait for a pick up order for more than 15mins when every employee see you but doesn’t decide to help nor greet says a lot. And after asking an employee if we can grab our food since nobody decided to take 1min to ask what’s the name another employee comes at me telling me I can not “step in” where he was. I wasn’t near him first of all and a pick up order is what it’s named for, to pick up and not wait. There was another lady waiting longer than I was who also agreed and said the employee allowed us to step in and grab our food. I did advise that employee if he didn’t want me to “step in” stop ignoring customers and help. You want to turn ur back to the front door hoping u don’t have to deal w customers don’t work at a customer based company. It took me seconds to look at the bag name which was in arms length from the register.

This is such a scam with this place. I ordered two bowls with EXTRA steak on each. I was charged almost 6 dollars on top of the regular price for each bowl. Called the manager. She put me on hold to check the camera it sounds preposterous that that would be her response. She was probably the most unhelpful manager I have come in contact with in a very long time. Supposedly the server gave us “two scoops” I’m saying what kind of scoops was she looking at. The pretend utensils my kid has in their play set?!?! And how in the world does she know which is our order if she didn’t even ask our name or what we ordered. Look at the pics below, in what world is this extra steak?!?!? The bowl wasn’t even full to the line above nor was their enough ingredients to reach the end of the bowl. It’s beyond disappointing that they choose to cheat their customers in order to save a few bucks. You should be ashamed of yourselves for conducting your business like that. Not even offer to make it better. You all are thief’s! Had we not paid you in full we would get in trouble…yet you all steak our money in such a disgusting and blatant way!!! Never again!!!!

ALOHA from Da Bigpake; we have all seen Chipotle but have to stopped to enjoy a burrito or bowl.. chicken or Beef.. the combos are so good. Fresh vegetables and fresh steak or chicken with great flavors. I love getting the bowl every time with steak and rice.

The portions at this location SUCKKKKK. Do not come here if you’re hungry, I work right across the chipotle so I always go there. They act like the portions of food come out of their paycheck or something lol. Actually ridiculous, I had to walk out because no way they charge so much for those portions. Also they charge more than any other location, everytime I go to Eastlake I pay $13 for the same thing I get for $17 at the fountains location. Bewareeee, workers always seem uninterested and in a hurry. Don’t recommend this location at all

I don’t know how much management pushes the employees to watch their serving amount, but I am always disappointed after ordering from this particular Chipotle. Serving portions is beyond frugal. Extra rice is not even a normal serving of rice. The bowls served here always leave us hungry with how poorly they serve. This was the latest with my husband’s “light cheese.” Never again.
