Took my daughter to Chili’s two week ago and had just phenomenal service and food. Tons of chips with the salsa. Lots of fries with our meals. Our waitress was great and got us drink refills before we ran out. The manager even stopped by to see how things were. We went back today and had the opposite experience. Maybe a quarter of the amount of chips. Less then half the amount of fries. There were so much open space of our plates it was crazy. Had to wait forever, with empty glasses, to get refills. Mentioned to the waitress about the fries and she just shrugged it off. No manager ever stopped by. I’m not sure if we will chance it again if it is so inconsistent.

The staff, food, and overall atmosphere of this place was an unexpectedly impressive. My husband and I had a day date there on Valentine’s Day and I think it may become a valentines tradition of ours. The food was served timely and was delicious, the entire staff seemed happy and to genuinely be enjoying each other and their jobs, and both managers stopped by our table to check in. As a fellow foodservice worker, it was a breath of fresh air to feel positive team energy in addition to delivering delicious food. Well done, team!

Went here with two young kids, which is always stressful but we wanted to go out for my son’s birthday. Our server was Thomas and genuinely he may be the best server I’ve ever had. He brought our kids food early because he knew littles struggle with waiting, then discretely checked with me and mom about our son’s comfort level with singing happy birthday, and was just so nice. Food was great, service made the night.

My family and I had lunch here on a Saturday and it was great! The food was fresh, the service was exceptional, and the price was right. The manager came chatted with us for a bit and I noticed him talking with other tables often. This speaks volumes and shows they truly do care about the guest experience. We will be back for sure!

Maybe you shouldn’t have staff shoveling chips out of bins into take out bags in front of the take out area. Exposed to all who enter doing take out. And an employee grabbing one and a salsa off a shelf, asking if they are fresh, then putting them in a bag, and handing them to me….

We visited right after they reopened so some kinks were still in place. The food was fine, clean atmosphere, good service. Everything was sssllllloooowwwwww. Which is easier to manage without a 6 year old in tow. We will visit again a ways down the road. Tipped generously- this has to be hard on servers! Oh- the skillet cookie gets a solid 5 stars. The only thing I didn’t get a picture of.

Great Chili’s location. Great value. My burger was juicy. My salad was crisp. Hosts smiled and held the door. And our server was awesome. She even pre-bussed our table, which is something I appreciate very much.

Dallas and Mark made my day!! I have never had service this amazing. They BOTH went out of their way to make sure I had the best experience ever!! I will never go to another chilis location. Food was out within 20 min and we got checked on at least 5 times!! Both deserve a high raise!!! Please go find mark

The bottomless chips were good salsa was really good I got the big smashed burger really good out of 10 I give it a 9 my son got ribs the Nashville chicken tht was also very tasty it was spicy n crispy the food was really great it didn’t take a long time to get food my waiter was really helpful n nice
