Christian helped me in the drive thru. I was really tired from a 12 hour day at work. But this young man was polite and pleasant. Now I’m sure he has been working all day. But he still had a pep in his step and a smile on his face. He should get a pat on the back and recognition for being a dedicated employee. Future Management material for sure!!!!! Blew me away with your chicken finger bundle, not sure if I went at a right time or the food is just always this good. Had to try a variety of the menu because hey… I’m new here.

The place is dirty! We found some floaties inside both of our cups, we tought maybe it’s backwash? from eating the gravy cause the floaties were small black specks. NO! We transferred the drink to a cup and all over the rim and inside the cup!! I don’t know what we drank!!! GROSSS. ITS NOT HARD TO CLEAN!!!!!!!

I came to Bush’s Chicken really excited to eat because the food here is always delicious — but unfortunately, the establishment itself was a disappointment. The place was not organized, clean, or well-maintained at all. Every single table along the windows was dirty, the floors were messy, and there were straws, lids, and napkins underneath several tables.
I sat for over 30 minutes, and even though there were at least seven employees plus a manager, it was very slow. It took about 2 minutes each time for someone to step up and take an order. The main issue isn’t the employees — it’s poor management. The kitchen looked unkept and not properly maintained, and most of the staff seemed to just be standing around while one person was sent to clean the lobby.
It’s frustrating because the food is great, but the restaurant’s cleanliness and management are bringing down the experience. I really hope they turn things around because Bush’s Chicken deserves better.

Decent food. But get a card machine for the drive thru. It’s kind of concerning as a customer to have to hand over my card to an employee that has to go inside back inside with it to complete the transaction.

We went here at 9:11 pm and I walked in and ordered a 8 piece livers and gizzard and a tender roll, but when I said can you make it fresh he said “certainly you’re the customer.”
He was very nice and told the cook to make it fresh so he did.
I was waiting for 8 minutes and I said I wanted a small cup of ice and he said “are you sure I can give you a drink since your order is taking long.” I said “ok that’s great thank you” he gave me a sweet tea so I took it to the car and I came back and he said “you’re order is almost ready would you like another tea.” I said “ok thank you” so he gave me another one.
5 more minutes later he said “did you get your order?” I said “not yet I don’t mind I see your busy.” Which I saw how the drive thru was packed and raining. So he was super very nice too give me this much of livers and gizzards tenders, fresh rolls, gravy, serendipity packets, and a gallon of there sweet tea plus the best part it was super hot and he said he was sorry I hope you come back and I said “thank you so much and I really appreciate this you made my day, but what’s your name?” He said “my name is Josh.”
I will come back to this establishment and everyone was super friendly and working very hard especially when it was raining and I will come back plus we had a big family at home waiting for us since we didn’t have very much!

I stop every once in a while for gizzards and let me tell you. If they say there is a 7 min wait or even 10, that is A-okay. The fresher the better. Always a pleasure stopping here. You can easily split the 8 piece. Also if it is ever just you, you can always order a snack size.

I had to wait some time before my order was taking. I got the 6 piece tender combo. For 1 half of my tenders were even tenders . They were really half the side they were supposed to be. There were also no fries in my box with comes as my side . I waited in line for about 10 minutes but they had one person so I went inside . I went inside and some lady that worked there walked past me twice before even asking what I needed or what the problem was. Then she gave me them small fries. I spent about $14

Always fresh. The general manager, Mr. William I believe, takes care of his customers. Piled up the fresh livers. The chicken breasts at Bush’s are always double the size of Church’s or Popeyes!
He even turned the music down a bit, as I was carrying the beginnings of a whopper headache. Thanks to all the friendly staff.
Update! STILL fresh, friendly, and have chicken breasts as big as Texas! Thanks for making our dinner.

Dont get me wrong its good food but omg its expensive got the 20 tender meal for my family…47 dollars later I didnt think it would be that crazy expensive I could get more food for this price somewhere else yes its good food but the price isnt worth it because its very expensive
