My friend and I went to eat here yesterday and had such a great experience! Our server, May, was absolutely amazing—so warm, welcoming, and attentive from start to finish. She even insisted on taking our picture during lunch, which was such a sweet gesture and really made our day. The food came out hot, fresh, and delicious. If you stop by, definitely ask for May—she’ll take great care of you! And don’t forget to try the $6 Good Witch Margarita—it’s amazing!

Amazing First Experience! Damian is a Rockstar!
This was our first time visiting **Chili’s Grill & Bar (#669)**, and it certainly won’t be our last! From start to finish, everything was perfect.
A huge shout-out to our server, **Damian**—he was absolutely amazing! He is a true 5-star professional: super attentive, charismatic, and he made sure we had everything we needed. He really made our visit special.
The food was incredible—everything was served fresh, hot, and delicious. My kids loved every bite! It’s rare to find a place where both the service and the food are this consistently great. We are already looking forward to our next family dinner here.
**If you visit this location, ask for Damian! You won’t be disappointed.

The food tasted excellent and the server was very kind and patient. We were in a group of 9 after an FFA competition and they had a table made for us very quickly. The only reason it’s a 4 and not a 5 was because the kiosk on our table that we used to split the bill started bugging as we were paying. And the other reason is because it wasn’t the cleanest but it wasn’t too dirty. Would come agin.

Drinks here were absolutely watered down and not made well. I see several complaints about the bar staff. I understand now. Bartender must have been angry to have botched a mango margarita for a strawberry one. The next one brought out was pure mix. I didn’t bother to complain because this establishment clearly doesn’t care. Queso that came out was stiff, we took two bites. Food was cold and we had to wait another 5 mins for our friend’s plate. Restaurant was not busy at all and very disappointed in this experience. Wanted to start the new year off with some comfort food and easy fixings. A triple dipper and some queso was too difficult to get right. Our server was kind but a bit inattentive. Didn’t get a water refill nor asked in the 2 hours we were there.

The food recently has been consistently good. The service however, not so much. Waited for a soup that was ordered and never received. The bartender checked on it many times and continue to say it was coming. It never did. It seems like the bartender was more interested in taking his cigarette breaks than worrying about paying customers. Obviously, if they couldn’t deliver on a simple soup, they should’ve made a price adjustment which they never offered to do.

Chili’s may be a mainstay of America but I love it. The food was right on point.So was the service . The restaurant was nice and clean as well as you know the rest room l o l . It may feel nostalgic eating here but I recommend it highly .I enjoyed the chickenn Salad With balsamic vinegar dressing period it was delicious.

Ordered uber eats and it was a mess i got 9 fries in the box i drove back and mgr was giving me a hard time and saying its an uber issue and they double checked everything NOT MY PROBLEM. And a million dollar company throwing a fit over 3$ worth of fries FOH i hope this place closes down just like the other one in sarasota i spent 95$ here and didnt get my value i literally had to box the manager to get my food re cooked

I eat here at least twice a month, in restaurant and/or take out. I always ask for chicken quesadillas, but like original ones, not the ones on the menu, just chicken, cheese and sautéed onions. I am always pleased and tonight was soooo good! It was just what I needed, my comfort food. Thank you for being my favorite go-to!

Well I did it again I went to Chili’s on Nov 17 2023. This is a new review. The margarita was pretty good for sure. Service was decent it was the bartender doing it. My wife’s meal was good she said. My hamburger was plain and as I ate toward the center it got pinker but the gross part was I checked the other end of patty and it was damn near raw. So ahain my moral sucked, I was comped the price, will I go back again? Hell no.
My newest review Today 8-26-22 at 5:00 pm we again went to Chili’s and it was not pleasant. We waited to be seated way to long since there were only 12 other customers and saw at least 6 servers that all saw us. Got seated by Samantha and got drinks and chips but then she disappeared. After at least 10- 15 minutes some other guy took our menus but not our order. 5 more minutes passed and Sam came took our order. The food came to the table hot my burger was cooked like I wanted it, my wife’s chicken sandwich was good. The French fries were horrible and I can honestly say wife didn’t eat them that means they sucked. Old grease taste to them. Needless to say we will pass on this Chili’s since 2 experience were not good.
We got seated quickly and waited on fast. We went in about 4:30 so it wasn’t to busy. I got the hamburger and fries. The hamburger came out still alive so had to return it. Got it back and it was fine. The problem is I hate sending food back. The fries were just OK. They could have at least offered me a dessert for my inconvenience but they didn’t. The margarita was good and a fair price with the 2 for 25 discount. Will I go back? Yes but if I order meat I’ll make sure how I want it.

We had an awesome experience at Chili’s! The food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. We ordered the chicken tenders, the chicken bacon ranch quesadilla, and the Nashville hot mozzarella sticks — everything was delicious! The chicken tenders were crispy and juicy, the quesadilla had the perfect mix of cheese, bacon, and ranch, and the mozzarella sticks had the right amount of spice for a fun twist on a classic appetizer. The service was fast and friendly too. Definitely one of the best meals we’ve had in a while — we’ll definitely be back!
