After pulling forward and waiting 10 minutes for my order they gave me room temperature fries! $17 to wait for my order this evening only to get warm fries! The Manager on duty did not address the situation. They did give fresh Hot fries after I said something. Do Better, we All work hard for our money.

I came here this early morning and the food sucked. The burger was cold and so were the fries. They recently changed their burger patties as they are thin now. It’s like the employees, management and the executives of Wendy’s don’t care about keeping the food quality great like it was years ago. Dave Thomas would be embarrassed to see how his company has been run into the toilet. I’m avoiding Wendy’s for now on.

I go here a few times for the convenience of location, but feel sick after eating anything i get from here. If you’re sensitive to textures, their coffee is watered down and chunky?, fries cold/stale, and breading soggy. Any “specials” they have, your mainly spending your money on the decorative trash, for one example the wednesday meal is a joke. Staff is great though.

I am writing to express my utter disgust with the appalling experience I had at your Wendy’s location. I’ve never seen such incompetence, disrespect, and carelessness from an employee in any restaurant, fast food or otherwise.
A girl named Hals was responsible for preparing my food, and to put it bluntly, it was atrocious. The order was wrong, the food was thrown together like trash, and everything about it screamed that she couldn’t care less. The fries were cold and stale, the burger was practically falling apart, and it looked like it had been sitting out for hours. I honestly felt sick looking at it.
I expect this complaint to be taken seriously. Fix your staff, fix your training, and make sure people like Hals are nowhere near food service if they can’t be bothered to do their jobs.

I hate to be the guy to leave a bad review, but this is the only spot open in my town past 12am. I’ve been a regular at this Wendy’s for years and I’m not sure what’s going on with the staff the past few months but they used to be amazing. For the 3rd time in a row I have recieved ice cold fries, and the wrong toppings on my food. Not to mention, most nights it takes 15+ minutes to receive a drive through order. Frustrating that this is one of the only options open in swansboro past 12am

They’re always messing up my orders. Even when I wait months at a time in between, they still manage to mess it up. Asked for lettuce and pickles added to chicken sandwich, makes it plain…. Asked for no sauce, but add lettuce and pickles to a BACANATOR…. Gets only pickles and lettuce on it. No cheese or even bacon. That’s not even what I asked for.

Literally the worst service ever. Everytime I have been to this location and tried to use the drive through it takes more than 5 minutes to even be acknowledged. Don’t waste your time going here is awful food and awful service. This has happened SEVERAL times

Table tops hadn’t been cleaned in awhile. Counter service was good, friendly and quick. The little chicken nuggets were good, I was surprised. Also interesting, I think of Wendy’s as a burger joint and my jr burger was dried out with no heat to it and the cheese never melted. Bun was dry. I imagine it was under the warmer for awhile.
