Wendy’s has been my favorite fast food since I was a kid. I live in a town that doesn’t have one so now when I do go where there is one I stop and get my favorite spicy chicken sandwich meal. I was absolutely disgusted when I saw how expensive it is now but even more disgusted by the quality of the sandwich. It is literally a $9 McChicken. When did they start using shredded lettuce? And the chicken isn’t even the same chicken anymore. I’m officially done with Wendy’s.

This was probably the best Wendy’s I’ve been to. There was plenty of parking. I was served immediately. The food came out within 7 minutes. It was hot! There was no one there…so I had the place to myself for a while. And…it was very clean and kept. Like…very clean for a fast food place.

I tried the ghost pepper chicken sandwich with a strawberry frosty. Both were very good. I will definitely order them again. The cashier was friendly and polite. I also ordered ghost pepper French Fries. They came drenched in ghost pepper sauce and were delicious!

A chubby mexican girl with fake eyelashes and her tall skinny Supervisor are who ran the drive thru, when I went there 2 months ago. I gave the girl my credit card and she ran it and said it didn’t work. But wouldn’t make eye contact with me as she said my card wasn’t working.
Even though I had a low balance on it. She ran it again and said the same thing again. Her Supervisor came and ran the card then asked for another card as that one is not working. I didn’t have one as I left my wallet at home so I had drove back to my house (6 minutes away) to grab my wallet.
Fast forward a month later and I’m getting ready to check out at at bulk store and my credit card balance has quadrupled. It appears that 9 different transactions have been charged onto my credit card on it all throughout the month, when I was in Dublin for the week. Far away from Fairfield and impossible to make those charges.

Where do I begin.. this place is not even worthy of a star. I’m no longer a fool to keep coming back, expecting to get good food when all I get is bland, cold, no flavor food, flat soda and attitude from the employees. This place is never consistent, food is poor quality. There are times I take a bite and fear the worst, am I going to get food poisoning today? From under cooked chicken. Did I just eat a fly or bug? Since they are flying around all over the entire establishment. Or are the bugs in my drink? Since they don’t have the ice covered on the soda machine. Place is dirty, bathrooms always a mess, one time the toilet seat was hanging off the toilet, employee didn’t seem to care when I told him. Speaking of employees, those that work here could learn a thing or two from In & Out employees. Few in particular don’t even say hi when you are standing there waiting in line to be called on. The one young girl just gives you a dirty look like she’s too good to be there. Don’t even bother wasting your money here, you will be disappointed.

The customer service is terrible. No one is at the front counter, so you have to use the kiosk to order. I asked for a receipt because I’m on a business trip, but because I had to use the kiosk, they can’t print receipts… I have a keychain for the free Frosty, but they still wouldn’t honor it. Horrible customer service. I don’t fault the employees…. They are just doing what they’re told. I fault the management. Really poor training…. Do better!

The food was terrible. The spicy chicken sandwich didn’t have any lettuce or tomato, just an undercooked chicken breast slice and a smidge of Mayo.
Absolutely disappointed. Wendy’s is a good franchise, but this location takes the cake – if cake means screwing up basic orders
