I stepped into this Panda Express for lunch and we ordered a plate of rice and a plate of Chinese noodles. Pay and order self service is practiced. Meal portion was good but it was little oily. The place was bit crowded at the lunch hour and there’s a bit of a line to wait to place your order. All in all it was good and recommended.

Yeah I got food poisoning. Ruined my love of spring rolls. I hope none of you have to ever get food poisoning that was genuinely an awful experience. Message to management, From someone who is a GM of a restaurant in Florence, you should take food safety more seriously.

I had an amazing experience at panda and got absolutely loaded up. The GM Tyler was so kind and even gave me two free plates as a promotion! He is such a bro and deserves a huge raise. Thank you Tyler for making my day you made me happy.

Honestly I usually eat here at least once a week, however it’s been about a month since my last visit. Mind you Panda is one of my favorite restaurants to eat at. (And had this location given me reason to leave a good review so far I would have) but I’ve had mediocre service everytime I come in. When I arrived not only was the staff as slow as they could be scooping food and cashing customers out (during a 5-6pm rush) also half of the employees in the restaurant were not wearing hear nets. (At first I didn’t care) being a culinary graduate I hated hair nets. But when i got home I found multiple small hairs in my orange chicken and 2 very long black hairs. I most definitely won’t be back.

Very disappointing experience. A manager named Tyler was walking around cleaning tables and engaging with families. He stopped at two other tables and offered them some kind of promotion (a free entrée box or similar). We were the only Asian customers in the entire restaurant, and despite passing right by us, he completely skipped our table.
When I politely said “excuse me” to ask why we were skipped, he did not even turn around or acknowledge us. The situation felt intentional and extremely uncomfortable.
Being treated differently—especially in a Chinese-origin restaurant—based on appearance is unacceptable. A manager should treat all customers with equal respect. This experience does not deserve any stars.

Yall need to consider hiring a person to take the orders for in restaurant guests. I’ve stood here for 30 min with my kids while you fill online orders. I get it. But it just makes for a bad guest experience.

I go to this location at least once a month and it’s been very reliable for the last 2 years but today was the worst plate I’ve received. The taste was okay kinda bland (maybe it was sitting for a while?). What upset me was I ordered beef and broccoli but they gave me only broccoli and two small pieces of beef.

Prices are good, but the customer service could be better. I feel that sometimes the people working here don’t have any sense of urgency for people who have ordered online and have to wait an extra 10 minutes for an order that was supposed to be ready. Same goes for waiting a long time in line to order. There’s definitely room for improvement, but only if management really cares to do so.
