For McDonald’s its one of the better ones, never really long wait. The double lines and app ordering ahead of time really speed things along. Ive never had an order wrong from this location and the people are always pretty friendly. Probably my favorite Anchorage McDonald’s for sure. Prices sure are going up tho, everything seems to be more everytime I go. They do offer specials thru the app only so take advantage of it while you can

Breakfast menu was top notch as always, the McDonald’s on Tudor & Lake Otis isn’t one I go to often, but every time I do I never regret it. They’ve got their cooks on point for making consistent sandwiches that you can count on being exactly what you’re expecting. Sometimes suprises are nice, but not when you’re ordering fast food from one of the staple quick-meal restaurants in town. Save the suprises for some filet mignon or red velvet and cream cheese muffins that you’re grandmother baked you. That’s when variety suprises are the best and remind you of the warm glow of family. But when I’m heading to work or just getting a bite and say I want an Egg McMuffin with bacon, I know exactly what flavor profile I’m expecting – and this McDonald’s delivers. Artic and Northern Lights as well is another one that is a real rockstar in the industry. As far as the other sites go, your milage will vary. Across the whole board I’d say McDonald’s in Anchorage is above average when compared to other markets like Seattle or Fairbanks – their employees maintain a small town charm while also working effectively as a team to beat that always ticking meal clock they have above the drive-thru window. The only time I’ve ever had a problem with an associate is when they are new and don’t understand yet the implications of being snarky or rude to a customer. Just a single such engagement can have vast and far reaching impacts not only for that employee but also for the franchise location, and possibly the company name in the area as a whole.
Overall I’m going to stand by my 5 star rating, with the caveat of 4 stars for Service, under the pretext of service implying Employee-to-Customer interactions, and vise versa. All other aspects of service, such as location, cleanliness, speed, etcetera remain at 5 stars.

I’m not sure who Anchorage area McDonald’s ignore dashers. We are delivering your product to your customers. You lack of attentiveness only hurts your brand. We get paid by time so making us wait and ignoring dashers only hurts you as a company. It’s not wonderful dashers would rather decline deliveries from your stores. I have been in you lobby for over 5 mins and yet to be acknowledged

Newest Update: Went back today, did not know they do not know how to put cheese on a fish sandwich… Wasn’t busy at all in the drive thru or lobby, but still couldn’t take a second longer to make sure a sandwich has everything…
Update: Gone back several times, and almost every time, they DO NOT READ!!! NO PICKLES, NO ONIONS. How hard is that to read?! Yet every time, my food will have either, both, or something newly added that has never been on the food I’ve ordered. My kid loves going to the place, but we will most likely not be returning.
Just love not being able to eat the food I’ve spent my hard earned money on… also never seen the onions under the patties. Interesting.
If they are in a rush, don’t expect your food to be correct if you have a special order. Requested no onions or pickles, said so on receipt, I get home and there are a ton of both. On each side…

While the food was received almost immediately after ordering, the nuggets are hard, like cardboard and cold. As a matter of fact, all the food was cold and probably had been sitting around for a while. The only good thing was the drink.
The district or regional manager need to assess the situation before the health department or Quaza comes as they’d fail.
I wouldn’t recommend this location.

Not very friendly and some food under cooked .
I understand why bathrooms need to be locked but should still be judgement call not having to escort customer to bathroom…

I rarely eat fast food but on this day we stopped after an appt and waited 15 mins to make our order at the drive thru which I had to repeat no less than 4 times and it was a super simple order then drove up to the first window to pay where we waited an additional 10 mins while an employee stared at us through the window but didn’t open it or ask for our payment. We assumed the 2nd window was accepting the payments however when we arrived we had to repeat our order three more times and then they demanded our ‘receipt’ and when we brought up waiting for 10 mins at their payment window to be ignored and asked if anyone was actually working the window they looked at us dismayed. ♀️They kept demanding our receipt as if we were trying to steal food instead of acknowledging we’d love to pay if the employees would actually take action to collect our money. At any rate we left without paying for our food and went to the 36th Ave location which managed all in less than 10
Mins. Won’t go to this location again it appears they have no useful management and the critical thinking skills are lacking.

The McCafe machine was down for maintenance so we settled foe coffee ☕️, cookies and a cinnamon roll. Food and drink were fine. The dining room was clean and the staff were courteous. A good McDonald’s I would visit again.

Food sat for 30 minutes after my mobile order. Not a big order. Food is stale and hard. Drive thru had all the priority. The lobby and mobile orders were thrown to the wolves. The staff locked the doors during business hours and the door dash people couldn’t even pick up their orders. Definitely not a fast food restaurant at the moment. You’re better off hitting up a local restaurant and getting in and out faster than here.
