Won’t be back. Ordered two steaks- one medium, one medium well. The medium came out blue and wasn’t even cooked and the medium well was rare. Sent them back and 7 minutes later they came out and the medium steak was now up to rare and the medium well was now well done. Refused to send back to the kitchen a second time and said I will take home to cook myself. On top of that, the Restaurant is not clean. When we were seated we pointed out to the waitress that there was a crayon and a French fry in the middle of the floor. We notice these things with an 88 year old with a walker. They were never picked up. Several waitresses walked by them, hostess walked by them and bus boy walked by them. Pretty sad.

Beware.
Almost all steak meals are ~30$ and you are not getting anything quality enough to justify that price.
Do not get the steak Sammie either. Youll get 3 little shavings of steak smothered with wet onions.
Your better off going to the city and getting a real meal. The nerve these people have.

Pretty disappointed in our meal tonight. The blooming onion perfect like always. The dessert super rich and yummy. Main course I don’t even know where to start. If you want soggy noodles in water down milk here you go! The only seasoning in the dish was on the shrimp. The steak no seasoning nothing it just was disappointing. I ate the protein because I was hungry.
Now the staffing is an issue by far! Our waitress did the very best she could and definitely got her steps in. Not only was she a waitress she was the only bar tender.
We waited over 15 minutes once we were seated to get a drink order and even longer for food order. But again I am not upset at the waitress because she was busting her butt! I didn’t see her stop moving once but with that said we were there for 2 hrs sadly. It wasn’t busy at all just not enough staff or don’t put the only bartender as a waitress!

Very busy Saturday night but our waitress was amazing . The food was delicious although it took a while to come out , the appetizer was perfect . And the bread…lord yes it was good.
The cost was slightly higher than comparable steak houses but the food and service is worth it.

The place is a disorganized mess that is dirty, servers are struggling to accommodate more than 2 tables. Cursing, management is rude and even shouted out that he had no idea how to make cocktails and that it wasn’t even his store. Kitchen is clearly visible and unsanitary. I don’t understand how this place is still open. Do better.

I Was a walk in. I was told they were short staffed and that it would be at least a 10 minute wait for a table ……..they weren’t packed, it wasn’t lunch rush, their were plenty of tables and the hostess said they only had 2 servers working. Although I didn’t see any servers on the floor or attending to guests, and most of their guests seemed to seated and served or done already.
I didn’t stay. I’ve been a hostess, a waiter and a manager before……..there’s no reason whatsoever the hostess couldn’t have sat us, gave us menus, and taken drink orders…….& as far as I know the servers don’t have to garnish their own plates, so not seeing anyone actually attending to guests was unacceptable because the hostess made them seem overbooked and understaffed and like she was incapable of helping extend service or offer hospitality.
Definitely not aiming to strive for customer satisfaction and they don’t excel in hospitality.
As a food industry worker myself, I was not impressed and highly disappointed. They seemed way too overwhelmed for an under performing restaurant….. With a lack of customers and a lack of staff It’s actually physically doing anything.

Our party of four were seated quickly tonight for dinner. I want to give a shout-out to our two servers, Ciani, and her Trainee, Dierdre. They made us feel special with their VIP service. Our orders were correct, our beverages were refreshed throughout dinner, and they were friendly with quick smiles. Our food came out quick and was prepared as ordered. We had a wonderful time and our servers were part of that! Thank you for such excellent service!

Salad preparation with fresh ingredients. Wedge salad is one of my favorites. Baked potato was hot and cooked well. Complimentary bread and creamy butter.
