Had a wonderful experience at Chili’s and wanted to share it! The service was amazing! Smiles on everyone visible. Management came by inquiring about our food, which was hot and perfectly cooked. Our server kept our table nice and clean the entire time. It was just a really great experience! If your looking for a place to dine I would say go for it! I know I’ll be returning!

My Mother and I stopped here for lunch. Before going in, I let my dog out to relieve herself. As my dog was taking in the smells, a Chili’s worker pulled up and before even getting out of the car, she starts yelling at me that I can’t just let my dog piss and shit on their lawn.
My dog weighs 8 pounds and, she did leave a tiny piddle of pee, no poop. But ok Chilis, whatever you say. I gave the woman a smile and a thumbs up and turned to walk away to get my dog.
She proceeds to yell at me where the nearest park is. I gave her another thumbs up and picked up my dog and put her back in the car.
While I technically understand, she was incredibly hostile, and you can’t convince me that a teaspoon of pee did any sort of damage to your lawn. I am a customer. You are a service worker. Just be nice to your customers.
This woman had half her head shaved, with a kind of Mohawk top tied in ponytail, probably in her 20s. I was a bit apprehensive about what may have been done to our food but the food was great as usual. Just wish we could have enjoyed it without the reminder that people don’t know how to act like human beings anymore.

We had a party of five. The restaurant was pretty busy and I was understanding of that. We asked not to be sat at the high top table because of knee issues and she said there would be a wait then. I said that’s perfectly fine and we sat down to wait. After 20 minutes of waiting an older lady took over the hosting and rudely in front of everyone said if we didn’t take the high top table then we would be passed over. So we went elsewhere. Why make us wait in the first place? Why speak to us like we are idiots in front of everyone standing there. Won’t be back for sure.

The vibe is trash, it’s old and dusty in there, and management seems unstable at best.
I’ve also seen a manager yell at customers and threaten to call the cops on them twice.
I’m pretty sure she’s in charge, but she doesn’t look or act like it.
I don’t want to watch some lady berate her employees, and I don’t want the cops called on me for making the wrong change.
I also prefer to sit at the bar but it’s likely they don’t even have one that day.
I refuse to take my chances with the service, so now I’ve just resolved to stop coming.

The food was delicious. The service was ish ok. She literally hardly refilled the drinks,hardly came to the table. The manager was more at out table than the server. Quite ridiculous. As far as the atmosphere it was horrible for the simple fact that we had uneducated politic conversation and cussing behind us and infront of us elderly people talking in detail about bathroom stuff,adult diapers and vomiting. All around horrible except the food. And with the conversations all around it was almost unbearable.

Had an opportunity to stop in jefferson city while passing through. We actually enjoyed the meal we ordered, the meal was hot when brought to our table. Nice job Chilis.

Another place I’ve been going to over the years. Servers change often, some good, some not so good. The waitress we had today was sweet and amazing. I tend to get the same thing every time lol bottomless soup and chips and salsa for around 10.99. You get to choose between 3 soups as much as you want and you get a salad (which I always have them pack to-go), and bottomless chips and salsa. I love their potato soup, and love mixing some of their chicken enchilada soup to it for more flavor. My husband likes to try new things when we go. More often than not he’s a bit disappointed with his food quality to price standards. This time he ordered the Cajun pasta with grilled chicken (around 13.99) and loved it! Just a heads up, their chicken has been weird for years. That’s the main reason I docked a star for food. My mom almost exclusively orders chicken items at restaurants and at some point it just changed. It’s hard to describe, kind of rubbery and doesn’t come apart like real chicken, I have no idea, but my mom won’t order there anymore, she’ll just eat chips and/or fries and drink soda. She’s our chicken hawk. Their portions are good and average in my opinion. Generally a comfortable atmosphere. Sorry the pictures appear dark lol, that was my phone and not the actual lighting. First off it was a problem when I asked for a table. Took 3 people and 10 min to get us a table. (2:00 pm) not busy at all then employee was being very disrespectful to manger in front of us. We were seated 20 min and nobody came to ask us for drinks or anything we got up and left. I understand why it was so empty. On are way out manger seen us leaving never asked why or spoke to us at all. Very unpleasant experience. Would rate 0 . Will never stop in at this restaurant again lost a costumer today.

It’s been years since I’ve been to a Chili’s restaurant and I was not disappointed with my visit! All Around Awesome! The service, food, and music/vibe was everything I enjoy in a dining experience. There we were on a Friday night at 7pm just craving a good burger…
The service: we had a waiter named Edward who was timely, polite, very helpful and checked in at what I would consider an appropriate rate. As the hubby and I ordered our appetizer and meal he helped us navigate the menu and made recommendations. BTW, definitely try the honey Chipotle chicken crispers-they are not too spicy in my opinion and I’m picky about my level of spice.
Food: not a long wait, everything came out cooked perfectly to order and was absolutely delicious. Except the fries-I didn’t think there was anything special about those but they were good. My burger was spot on medium rare and juicy!
Ambiance: classic rock! What else is there to say ! It was a lovely experience all around! Thank you Edward and the Jefferson City Chili’s location for a great dining experience!
