This burger spot should be checked off your “to-do” list. We ordered at 2:30 pm on a Tuesday and the restaurant only had two more sets of customers in the restaurant while we were here. The front desk female was pleasant, but couldn’t answer questions on the Angus or Bison patties from the menu.
After ordering, the sweet potato fries came out burned, and the truffle fries had zero truffle flavor—just Parmesan sprinkled on top. They even forgot to deliver them when our food came out, and the cook demanded we check our receipt. We confirmed we paid for the fries, but the still arrived cold 5 minutes later!
One of the burgers had melted plastic in it (pictured below), everything was tasteless, and they forgot the extra cheese we paid for. The food tasted like it was cooked in old grease, and we couldn’t even finish our meals. For three burgers, we paid around $60, which would’ve been fine if the quality matched the price, but it absolutely didn’t.
The Angus burger was dry, and the Bison burgers we asked for medium came out raw. To top it off, the cook wasn’t friendly at all.
Overall, this was a terrible experience from start to finish. Definitely not worth the money or the frustration

We visited the burger spot yesterday and I ordered the popper topper burger with fries. My husband got a hamburger with a gluten free bun which was great. The burger was absolutely amazing! Tasted great, meat cooked perfect! The fries tasted great and cooked well! The only reason I did not give a 5 star is the drink machine was not working properly and the soda was all syrup (yuck!) And there were little to no condiments out. I do feel bad because there was only two young ladies working and they did have a lot of customers. For a saturday night whoever owns or manages this location really should have additional help or make sure everything is up to par. No way one cook and one cashier can keep up with what is expected at an eatery such as this. Good work ladies!

Is it $13 good? Ehh… not reallly. For comparison, one burger is the equivalent of a full meal from most low end restaurants. And one burger, while about 2x your average burger, is not a full meal.

My husband and I have found our new favorite burger spot! I got the bison burger and my husband got the Carolina burger. Absolutely delicious and the cook, Byrd, was super friendly. Definitely a good, family, home vibe. I highly recommend.

I’ve always liked this place. But the last two times that I’ve been there, it’s been straight trash. Buns on the hotdog were soggy last time, and the burger this time is charred to the point of not being able to eat it but two bites. smh. This new cook gotta go. Plus service isn’t the same. Friendly service and good food. We got cheese fries, a chicken sandwich, and a burger. The chicken was very well cooked and delicious. I really enjoyed the cheese fries (my favorite part). They were cooked just right and had enough toppings for the whole dish.
They’re open late on the weekend, which is nice. It made it easy to find dinner last minute late at night.
I do want to mention that wearing gloves while cooking doesn’t mean you can touch your clothes, the stapler, or whatever else as you’re going to go back to cooking and using those same gloves to touch someone’s food.
Otherwise, no complaints.

Great burger/ sandwich! The burger was cooked medium ( which NEVER happens) great seasoning, the Ruben was amazing! The corned beef was delish and the fries were great also! Peanut butter chocolate shake was awesome! We will be back! Check it out!!
