Well I gotta say that was some of the best Churches Chicken I’ve ever had! We used to have one in Granite City and boy do i miss it. I wasn’t expecting it to be this good but it was absolutely delicious! I will definitely be going back! So hot fresh and crispy, the cashier was an absolute sweetheart. Don’t forget those amazing honey butter biscuits . 10 piece dark spicy with 2 sides and 5 biscuits for $27 you can’t beat it.

Be careful I go )use to go) to this location. Sunday someone used my card at 11:32 at night while I was sleeping. even though they close at 11. Can’t get anyone on the phone. Thank God there wasn’t much money on the card. Still got my for my coffee money though

I’ll never go to this one again. They charged me for 2 Texas feast instead of 1 and expected me to just take it but not this time, I can’t eat 6 pieces of chicken again. I got sick, so I refused it and she rung it up wrong again. It’s filthy in that place, they don’t care about you, the food or your money. This time the chicken was so disgusting I just threw it out and got McDonald’s. I’d rather go hungry and pass out than go there for anything again. Don’t worry I’ll never be coming back. Good luck to the young ladie who took my order I told her her draw was coming up over because she didn’t give me all my change back….

I understand a 2 for $4 dollar deal, but how does a dollop of sauce make the sandwich spicy and why is this small ssa okra $3.49. Smh I’m done with fast food. I ordered online and food was ready and hot when I picked it up. I was greeted when I walked in. This is my first time eating at this location and using the app feature. Everyone I spoke with was very polite and helpful. The manager Mya was present and working as hard as her crew. Definitely going back again!

I went there yesterday evening 9/23/25 about 7:30 8:00 and ordered a family meal. They told me it would be a 30 minute wait. I decided to wait. I asked for a drink since I had to wait so long. The manager was rude and said “No it’s your choice to wait” so I cancelled my order and left. Went to the one on Lindbergh and placed the same order and was in and out of there in 15 minutes and they were very busy. While the one on halls ferry had no customers. The employees for the one on Lindbergh were nice and courteous and prompt.

A piece of hair was found in my food on Thursday night and me and my daughter have been suffering from food poisoning since Thursday, extreme vomiting, and diarrhea. I am disappointed and furious this has happened to my family due to this location poor food quality and service . Please be careful.

I’m going to start this off by saying I used to work at a church’s chicken about 12 years ago so I will write the most authentic review I can on this particular establishment in Ferguson MO.
I went thru the drive thru today and was looking for their chicken tender combo. I didn’t see it on the bored so I assumed they didn’t have it anymore. The lady at the drive thru window did a sales pitch of 2 pieces of spicy bone in chicken for $3.49. Not a bad deal at all! but then I noticed on every wall and the menu there was advertisements for a new spicy biscuit! They didn’t have any and that’s when disappointment started to kick in. I got a 3 piece of biscuits as well and called it a day. Went to the drive thru window and again the attendant was very nice. But when I asked for a cup of water cause I wasn’t going to pay for any soda when tap water is free, she said it was $0.50 cents! Of course I got the water but I just thought was New Halls Ferry robbery right there. And so as I was leaving I saw a sign for a new dessert and pulled into the parking lot so I could go in and order it. I went in and the lady running the restaurant didn’t have the best of attitudes. That really wasn’t my concern but noted, you know what I mean? Tbh anyway I asked for the new dessert (strawberry fried pie) I saw and she said they don’t have it yet…but then why are you false advertising it? Again noted, but wasn’t to concerned. Then last I asked for some hot sauce for my chicken I bought. She said it would be $0.55 cents for the little packet of hot sauce they provide. I found all these extra fees disturbing and I’m not sure if I would want to revisit this store again.
Overall the atmosphere is misleading and the store is to quiet (they need some music or something), Management needs to be retrained with handling customer service, but the food they do have and can sell, it came out hot and fresh. I commend them for their food but for everything else it’s a 3️⃣ ⤵️
