Whoa! What an experience, both at the restaurant and the morning after (that’s what she said)!
Walked in with a fresh $20 bill (which was left over after paying my tithing first) and threw it on the counter and said give me all the foods this shall bringth to me and mine families (this is Utah, so obviously I have multiple wives).
They brought mine families 6 burritos, 2 chicken quesadillas meals with fries and drinks, and churros for dessert. Boy was it fun watching the heathen children gorge on such simple food made in a fast food restaurant. It was like hyenas feasting on a helpless lamb.
Let the 17 or 18 of my children run a muck at the playground (lost count of how many seeds I’ve sown in my wives). Then I snuck away and took my lovely wives next door to Smoked Taco (which is a much finer eating establishment) and treated them all to dinner there.
After finishing our delectable meal at Smoked Taco, we arrived back to Del Taco roughly 2 hours later, to fetch our Tasmanian children. They were finally worn out from playing tag, and running from the Del Taco staff & security.
5 out of 5 recommendations from myself and four out of my five wives. Free child care included.
My fifth wife, Gretchen, didn’t attend this eventful afternoon because she was preoccupied watching our other children we’ve had together while giving birth to baby number four I believe, I think we named him Trevor or Douglas, something biblical.
Make sure to keep a handkerchief handy, you’ll need it when on the toilet the morning after eating here

We ordered a large fry, well done, they were cold. We ordered 2 red burritos extra red, they had no red sauce at all. Couldn’t even eat them. The snack tacos had nothing on them. Looks like the picture in the other review. They asked if we wanted any sauces , we responded yes mild please and got no sauces. There was no one else there so you can’t blaim it on being busy. Very disappointed.

To the lady working the drive through window tonight (roughly 830 PM) —- you literally are the only person who takes my order and manages to get it wrong nearly every time. Tonight was the quesadilla; last time was the chilli cheese fries… the time before where you included no sauce – and the time before was crunchy instead of soft tacos.
I’m sure there’s more but that’s what I remember.
I don’t know if you’re doing this on purpose at this point or what – but you have lost a good customer.

Food was okay. Ordered a pick up order and there were employees there that weren’t willing to help. They were looking at me and heard me asking for help and just stood there and watched and talked to each other. All I needed was the two cups I already paid for to get the drinks. I stood there for a few minutes just looking at them before someone else from the drive through came to help me out. Bad service.

A case study on shrinkflation. Just when I’d thought Value Tacos (now “snack tacos”) couldn’t get any smaller, now they only fill them up to 1/4 capacity. And, even still, they’re up 60% in cost.
Like–I get it, everything is more expensive relative to pre-pandemic but this is borderline fraudulent when I compare what’s in the picture vs what I actually get. I’d love to see the response if Del Taco put the pictures of what I got today on a menu or billboard. Either be honest with expectations or deliver on what you promise.

We ordered 3 chilli cheese fries and 2 of the boxes are barely full and the other one has no chili, I even flipped the box on the other side and it isn’t on the bottom. I tried to call them as we are already home and the kids are in bed and got no answer it just rang till it disconnected. I am very disappointed.

Del Taco is always the best and a great deal. I love to get the crunchtada tostada, the bean and cheese burritos, and other things from the value menu. I also think the double del is one of the best in the game and really comparable to 5 guys. Get it if you haven’t ever tried it, I insist.
This time we tried the birria tacos. A little over priced maybe for Del Taco, but pretty good.

Constantly forget things. Refuse to actually give you any sauce. They ask and then give 0 packets. I will drive out of my way to go elsewhere next time.

I ordered food for my family as we were driving home (3 hours away) and got a rock– yes, a ROCK– in my burrito. I had my son call to get some customer service (I know, that was stupid to expect the company to try to make it right) and they put the phone down for 5 minutes before he hung up. I called the store and explained what happened. The lady barely spoke English and asked me if I wanted a refund. I told her that that would be great. She said that she needed to call her boss and I should call back in ten minutes. I called back and was promptly hung up on. This happened three times and she finally answered on the fourth time. I told her that I could give her the last four digits of the credit card I used to pay for lunch. She responded that I would have to come back in to get a refund. I told her to write my name down in her book (we all know that book) and that I would be back in a month for a refund.
Thankfully I didn’t break a tooth on the rock.
Zero stars. Would not recommend.
